I walked in for a coffee, by mistake they gave my drink to somebody in the drive thru. The girl pulled around walked back in and said you gave me the wrong drink, and stated my name which I heard out loud. The barista apologized to the woman, but then proceeded to hand me the same drink that the customer already drove away with. I asked her to make me a new one, saying “what if the person already took a drink out of it? She said yes, and I waited ten minutes for a new drink. I really hope she truly made me a new drink and just didn’t let the old coffee sit behind the counter for 10 minutes.

I ordered 2 drinks. Iced tea and a latte when the guy told me the price I said that’s a lot for what I ordered. He repeated my order and it was correct. . Got to the window and one drink was correct, one was not the iced tea I ordered. The girl remade the order and I asked the price difference and it was $2.20 and in a very sweet but worried way said” do you want me to get the manager ?” Clearly letting me know it would be a hassle by her demeanor. The line was getting really long because of the mistake so I said no to her. BUT you should never make the customer feel like their request to right a situation that was Clearly the mistake of the business is a hassle. 1/13/24 order #792 4:12 pm Bonita store.

I have been this location twice used by driving through only. It is very tiny store.The coffee is great!And if you sign up on apps they’ll give you free regular drink rewards which is great!I ordered the chocolate croissant and cheese danish but they don’t have a toaster and wouldn’t warm up the foods for customers that’s sucks though.I would like the store employees to stop goofing around by putting coffee filters on their heads. It's unhygienic, and it makes me lose my appetite for coffee just by looking at it. I saw this incident on 1/10/24.
Excited about the new location close to my area. The PB Better Buzz customer service has always been terrible. Everytime I would go the employee had terrible attitudes, Never failed. I stopped going because of this. I’m relieved I can enjoy the brand itself again without dreading an awful attitude to get a coffee.

I really keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this AM I ordered my drink 20 min ahead of time with a 7 min estimated prep time. I was actually worried I ordered too far ahead. I get there 20 min later and not one of the three people addresses me or makes eye contact with me. After a few awkward min, the girl goes "what's your name?" I tell her and she says nothing in response. I then wait for them to START my multiple drinks. This is the third time it's happen and I don't know why I keep going back. :(I understand they're busy but just at least give me a heads up or something. I felt so weird standing there hoping someone would talk to me.

I've been going to this location for a couple of years now and today was the worst experience that I've ever had. We had two breakfast sandwiches and two better buzz coffees and the sandwiches were all messed up. My sandwich tasted like it had cleaning supplies mixed in it and the other sandwich was supposed to have bacon in it and it didn't have any bacon even though it's a "bacon ciabatta sandwich" It was also supposed to have cheese in it and it didn't have that either. Halfway through drinking my better buzz coffee it started tasting like cleaning supplies as well I don't know if it was some disgruntled employee that messed with the food and supplies and sabotaged it because they don't want to work on a Saturday morning but I was extremely disappointed in my breakfast this morning as well as the other person I was eating it with. I am never going to go back to better buzz ever again. You have lost my years and years of coming to your establishment starting today.

BeVisiting PB for a few lazy days and came across Better Buzz while walking through the town and needed a little caffeine kick to fuel the rest of the afternoon. The outside patio was clean with 9 smaller tables and 1 long table with plenty of space. It's about 3:30 on a Thursday and the shop is sprinkled with people drinking coffee and bent over their laptops. Music playing in the background is loud enough to hear but not intrusive creating a calm ambiance. The shop is uniquely decorated and even has a trendy photo op area where a few Gen Z teens were giggling and taking selfies. Too cute. I was warmly greeted by the staff with smiles all around and felt very welcomed. I asked if they had a signature drink and the "Best Drink Ever" was suggested. It's an Americano with their signature creamy vanilla powder - Served hot or cold. Drink was made super fast - great service- and I enjoyed it hot on their patio while watching people leisurely walk up and down Garnet. Bathrooms are indoors and code locked for customer use only. There is one all gender bathroom and it was very clean. Great way to spend a little time while recharging. Recommend while in town. Will be back in the AM for my morning Java.

I've been here a handful of times. While the coffee and pastries are good, other areas of the business could improve. The coffee cups they use always leak under the lid. Even when the seam of the cup is disaligned with the lid. Every time I've gotten coffee here, it has stained my clothes as a result. And dripped over my hand and skin making me smell like coffee.They also forgot my pastry one time and while they were busy I was clearly standing there waiting for a while after I was served my coffee. No one asked if I was still waiting for something. And it felt like I had to work for their attention to ask. I was also had somewhere to be and this delayed my morning. While it was busy - they weren't slammed and they seemed a little more focused on joking around with each other than serving the customers. I've been a barista and understand it's tough work, but I felt some of the aspects of their service could improve.
