Better Buzz Coffee Fashion Valley

This was the worst Better Buzz location I’ve experienced. The order was marked as ready, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was initially told it was upstairs. It later turned out the order was actually on the lower level where I was standing the entire time. I received one drink, then waited an additional 15 minutes for the second.

There was significant confusion among staff, with more people waiting at pickup than ordering, and overall the process felt very disorganized. I understand it’s the holiday season, but this level of disarray was noticeably worse than at other locations. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

Got luck out today. There were only 3 people in line when I passed by. I waited about 5 minutes to put in an order. For those of you who don’t want to wait, order online is the way to go.

Ordered Americano, latte, and 4 pastries along with a smoothie, took 20 mins to complete the order the Latte was Latte, poor service when everyone is trying to eat together it came in dribs and drabs like a tap drip drip drip

Shoutout to Vince, he was good with ensuring the drink I ordered was up to my standards. He was able to adjust with ease thanks for doing that. I would visit again.

Wait is way too long. Ridiculous.

I waited 22 minutes for one drink and it tasted like hot water.

Coconut best drink ever. Very refreshing and delicious.

Waited 40 minutes for my coffee only to be made wrong; and then wrong again! HOLY!

My latte was made with dairy milk. I asked for and paid for almond… should’ve known something was wrong when they were hovered in the mixing area scrambling for supplies. The drink was also average at best. Not worth the stomach ache!

Told them it was my first time. Wanted to know what the buzz was all about. Coffee tastes like bad water. Threw it in the trash.

I really enjoyed my chocolate and my wife enjoyed her banana park with chocolate, the best to take a break
