Really slow service for just an energy drink

My latte was made with dairy milk. I asked for and paid for almond… should’ve known something was wrong when they were hovered in the mixing area scrambling for supplies. The drink was also average at best. Not worth the stomach ache!

Told them it was my first time. Wanted to know what the buzz was all about. Coffee tastes like bad water. Threw it in the trash.

I really enjoyed my chocolate and my wife enjoyed her banana park with chocolate, the best to take a break

Excellent option to come for a coffee with the cinnamon cold brew and I loved it a thousand times better than Starbucks has a wide variety of cupcakes, my favorite is the banana one. There is always a line but it is worth the wait. Highly recommended!!

I went to get a drink, and there was only one person in front of me who had just ordered, with me right behind him. I only ordered a matcha tea latte, which normally takes 3 minutes to make, but I ended up waiting exactly 15 minutes. Even people who ordered after me received their drinks before I did. The reason for my delay wasn't due to busyness; the staff were simply not doing their jobs and were chatting with each other. I wouldn't complain if they were chatting while making the drinks, but it's unacceptable and disrespectful to stop making drinks and turn to chat and laugh with each other while customers are waiting. No one should have to wait 15 minutes for a simple order because of their fun. The girl at the counter was the same, joining in the conversation and only calling the next customer when she was done chatting. So, the service was very poor, but the product quality was the same as other locations; I had no issue with that.

The lady in the front she didnt even ask if me and my friend wants hot or ice.I guess we dont have no choice she just tried make our coffee however she likes.Even to that attitude i was gonna give a tip but she reject my tip option herself.Really bad attitude i would never come back here.

Coffee was good not great. Way too much ice even after asking light on the ice. There were flies on the food items so we opted just for the drinks. Might try a different location.
