Horrible customer service, Lady at The register rolling eyes at me like a snub , do your job!
I love the menu at better buzz and due to the convenient location I frequent this location. However, every time I come, I am so incredibly frustrated with the experience. I will place an online order, show up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and they have not even started on my order yet. Not during a busy time, this happens when no one is even in the store. I’m genuinely confused at how poor the customer service is, how rude the staff is, and how long it takes for them to get my order out. They also regularly get my order wrong, once that happened 4 days in a row. If you’re in a rush I strongly advise walking 2 extra blocks to Starbucks. Fortunately, better Buzz has created a great menu that’s hard to pass up, or else Id never come back here again.

First time trying better buzz and it was a disappointing experience. Guy taking my order was rude and if a cup full of ice is light ice, don't know what a normal amount would be. Iced coffee was also a bit sour and not really much better than what you'd get at Dunkins but at a much higher cost.

the acai bowl was amazing! the granola tasted so good and there was a lot of fruit in it. it was a good size for the price too. would definitely get it again!

Very bad experience. I’ve been to many Better Buzz locations and even when super busy the employees are very kind & communicate. This location has terrible management and employees customer service is stressed out and unfriendly. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes by the manager after calling asking if an order was ready. I walked in and quickly saw the order was ready but no one acknowledged that I was left on hold until the manager came out and gave me attitude saying he couldn’t get to me because “the line was too long.”

New review: I am updating my review because I'm going through my profile and reviewing/updating things. This is a good spot. Actually, very good... that must be why it is so busy all the time. I enjoy the swing seats in the sitting area. The menu is great, they offer variations like coconut milk, and are always cheerful, polite, and quick ...but not so quick and rushed that they make mistakes. I give them credit... for being so popular this place has really had some staying power in center of PB. I come here from time to time and walk in to lounge and have a nice cup of iced coffee... but have not ever used the drive thru. (It still gets busy, and Rigoberto's next door is still my favorite taco shop ?)
Old review: (1 star) This place has lines that block my favorite taco shop. Now it's a fiasco and people get mad at eachother trying to figure out how to get into the taco shop line.

This is one of my favorite spots. The outside swings are the best.
We are not from PB but we found this adorable little coffee shop on Grand, west of Mr. Frosties. The coffee was good. No bitter taste, smooth and heated perfectly. I will definitely go back.

I will not be returning to this location ever again... Easily the worst managed location in town. The (nice) person up front took or drive-thru order incorrectly. Then, the first person at the window offered to fix the mistake, on the house. Then, another (presumably) Manager person delivers the missed item, and puts out the credit card machine to charge me full price for the fix. Very poor management/communication which left a bad taste in my mouth, but not as bad as the terrible Acai bowl.
