This was an awesome cafe to stop by while renting a car. Their sandwiches and bagels were very good and their smoothies were delicious as well.

I love love love this place! My wife and I usually go to the hillcrest location because we live closer to that but if we’re ever renting a car to drive up to LAX I will always make us stop here for our breakfast. If people ask me what my favorite coffee shop is, I always say this one! This location is obviously is a rental car spot so not a nice view really but the convenience is what makes it nice!

Showed up at opening (7a) to get breakfast before a flight, waited around but no one opened the stand. Kind of lame, I could have gotten something before dropping my car if I'd known they wouldn't show up
Good location and good bagels. Coffee was good too.
Great bagel- not too chewy with a nice thin crisp outside- heaped with silky cream cheese. San Diego grilled cheese was even better than bagel- tasty and warm. Sourdough was also not "chewy". Small place in a stop mall- ordering ahead is probably the best way to go---assuming you know what you want. Online menu was accurate and up to date. Only a couple seats inside and a couple tables outside by parking lot..

Twice now I've received a barely toasted the bagel even though I requested "extra crispy." I won't be going back.

Great coffee drinks, but also the best place to get work done at SAN. Seating. Outlets. Not many people. Outdoors but covered. Long layover? Don't go to the gate. Stay at rental car return.
