Great service. Good tea, coffee, and ice cream.
Update on 2025-08-28: The parking situation is a lot better now that they have paid parking at all spots with 90 minutes of complimentary parking. I seldom have issues parking here anymore.
Previously: *Terrible parking.* There is very little parking around this place.
This pic does the freshly made ice cream-no justice. Delicious!!
Delicious drinks, great flavors, friendly service. The place to go if you're craving something caffeinated and sweet.
Looking for an affogato? This will be your jam. Hidden in the corner of the complex you need to give this place a try. Lots of ice cream and coffee treats to try out!
drinks are decent, staff is very friendly, ambience is a bit nicer than before, but it’s so damn HOT and it’s been that way for awhile. I feel bad for the workers cause with summer comin up. Please fix the AC!
Great service, clean place, but for me the ice cream was way too sweet for my taste.its loaded with sugar! If you have extreme sweet tooth then this might work for you, but for me it a hard pass.
Cute little ice cream shop that offers soft serve, rolled ice cream, and other frozen treats. Parking is tough, and check their soft serve flavors before you go, since they only offer 2 at a time.
Bing Haus completely exceeded my expectations! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service was outstanding, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Whether it’s the quality, presentation, or overall vibe — everything was top-notch. It’s clear that Bìn Haus is run with passion and care. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!
Good luck finding parking.
I’ve been to this place multiple times and they never disappoint. I was given the opportunity to try their shaved ice which is their new item. It was great, nice and light if you’re not looking for something too heavy but have a craving for something sweet. 100% recommend this place.

We haven't been here in a couple of years and it looks like it has gone downhill. Ordered the Earl grey lavender rolled ice cream and it was not good. It was so bad with a horrible artificial medicine like after taste.
The Thai tea rolled ice cream was ok but sort of plain. They don't have as many toppings as they used to.
If you have a big group and want to have a good experience but not spend a bunch of money for no reason, this is the place to go. I kind of don't want people to know so that it doesn't become crowded. The staff is great and friendly and it's a nice atmosphere.
Very good service and the worker was extremely nice and handsome (I believe his name was Bao) and made the drinks in a timely manner. Would highly recommend.
Bao was really nice to me and he was cute i would really like to come back because of his service.
Loved my latte and mochi donut
