They definitely made me look at chicken a different perspective, I ate a piece Nov 1st at midnight and my stomach was fudge up that, I had to literally take a dump because of the burnt, overcooked or whatever quality it was condition it is in.... Yet, i took a bit with the lights off and trust me that was the biggest regret of that moment, I had stomach pain for a few hours! Y'all messed me up that's not right and that messed up to send the food to in that condition....

Ordered buy 1 get 1 free for tenders and fries. I was only given 1 set of tenders and when I asked if there was anything that could be done about it after receiving it, one girl came out 10 minutes later and told me she’d ask. Then another guy came out and after I reexplained the situation he also went to ask for another 10 minutes, rolled his eyes at me when I told him this was unfortunate for it being my first time ordering from them. Not only did I not get my second tenders but now my food is cold after waiting 20 minutes for a No, 3 tenders and a mountain of soggy cold fries. we’re either splitting these three or going somewhere else to get more food but this is so ridiculous I can only laugh. Maybe because it only says sandwiches but then why would it say bogo on the tenders? First experience with them and this was a let down.

I really wanted some chicken and it's hitting the spot!! I don't know if you are bone in or boneless however, I got boneless spicy chicken with waffle fries and a chicken biscuit that I'm going to eat for breakfast in the morning. I'm satisfied so all I can say is go try it for yourself and make your own discovery. If it's you, it's for you. If it's not then don't go back.

The quality of their spicy chicken sandwich blew me away. I normally dislike white chicken meat, but the way they made the sandwich made it taste great. Crunchy and well-seasoned on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Everything is ordered via screen/tablet and picked up through a locker. No human interaction. THE FUTURE IS NOW!! Food was fresh and hot and overpriced ngl no balls.
Sorry the taste smell and overall quality is not there for me taste like old fryer oil and always over cooked and or burnt tasteless and that bird sauce not the business

I'm not sure why others had not the best experience trying their sandwiches, but we just tried their Original Bird - Fried Chicken Sandwich, and it was SO good. The photo I took will not do it justice! I should have opened it up to show everything.To me, all the textures and flavors went so well. The chicken was crispy on the outside, but so tender and juicy on the inside. The sauce was well balanced, and the pickle always great. The bun was nice and soft.Dare I say the best chicken sandwich for me is here! The fact that you can pre-order ahead of time, and drive on over and enjoy it outside in the San Diego Sun :)
