I've always had great service and fantastic coffee every single time I've come here. They always feature coffees from different regions and this is where I learned to appreciate that. There was also a time when a server remembered me even though I hadn't been there in quite a while, which is always a nice touch. So yes all the kudos and positive reviews are well deserved.

Delicious, properly made, authentic cappuccinos made here — just like one would drink in Italy. 🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏

I also appreciated that they had a few food options, including a Chia pudding topped with fruit and breakfast sandwiches.

The Crack Shack is directly across the street and another l member in our group was able to purchase a massive, hot, delicious sandwich. I would return to this area of a little Italy in a heartbeat…

The only thing that made me sad was that I discovered this hidden gem of a cafe on my way to the airport! See you next time Bird Rock!

My girlfriend and I went to Bird Rock today at 8:00 am. We ordered soon after. My coffee was ready at 8:15 and her coffee was ready at 8:17. The interior is nicely decorated and clean. Good vibe. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because coffees take a while to make.

Good high quality single origin coffee.

Great location downtown just a few blocks from the Embarcadero Marina. Am a fan of their light roast and oat milks for lattes, the cinnamon and honey is probably my favorite option when I come here

Overall rating down just because I had amazing coffee at another location, but not bad for the US. Had an oat latte which was not terrible for espresso.
