Bistro 39 Restaurant and Bar

My son has several good allergies so he just got two burger patties with ketchup. The burger patties were incredible! The seemed more like an amazing steak than regular hamburgers. I took a bite and they were delicious. The server Jasmine was wonderful, she was very attentive and made the experience for me and my son great. I would 100% recommend. If you’re staying at the hotel….why leave?

I had both the Baja Fish tacos and the Shrimp linguine Alfredo and both are amazing. I recommend the Linguine Alfredo. Plus, the Old Fashion is one of the best I’ve had.

First & last time placing order at bistro 39 only to get an email from them saying they had to cancel delivery @9pm Thursday . Turns out receptionist claims they don’t use DoorDash and I have to call my bank to get money back.

We showed up here two minutes before 9:30 pm kitchen close, freshly released from the Emergency Room following a traumatic accident, and the waitress was generous enough to greet, seat, and serve us despite the poor timing. She was incredibly gracious and we enjoyed a shockingly good meal. I deeply appreciate the consideration displayed by staff after an incredibly difficult evening and OMG the short rib sliders were amazing.

I had no idea that Hilton Garden Inn had a restaurant and the food massively exceeded my expectations. I expect to return for another round of sliders at some later time. Our positive experience was a testament to the hard work of the hotel and restaurant staff. I did not get a chance to thank you that evening but you really helped us through a trying time.

The chicken sandwich had good flavor and the bread is soft with a light crunch. The chicken was not aligned before cutting so the bottom of one half was small and caused everything to fall off. I ended up cutting everything and ate it like a salad. The cheesecake was delicious.The server was personable and attentive. She was patient and helpful.
