Amazing Experience. The host had our table ready. We didn't have to wait. And we had a really good time celebrating my daughters graduation. Everything went well. Food was delicious, exceptional service. I will come back here again to celebrate my Family.

Yummy food, quick service, good food!

Our pizza came out cold although the pan was hot. Server was kind to have it remade. She kept insisting and touching our salad bowl to remove it although we were not done and by then didn't want the salad as she kept touching it. Slow to refill drinks and check on us.

Friendly great service and the food taste great highly recommend!

booked a reservation 6 hours in advance was told we couldn't be sat and had to split our large party bc they decided to overbook

Love this place! I go here every week after the gym to refuel , and it's always fast and friendly service and great food! I recommend the French Dip Sandwich!

This was a wonderful time. We had Hayden as a server and he was fantastic. We will definitely be coming again!

Our food came out so so SO slow. Everything was slow except for Paige who was awesome. My fries cold, chowder clams tough and my Cesar salad was off the mark. Food still too inconsistent for me to book another reservation anytime soon.

Zero customer service, bad service , we got everything slowly we started with wings when no napkins or utensils provided at the table to start with so we had to wait to get it ; then the burger & fries with no ketchup or ranch or anything, we had to wait 15 min after receiving our burger to see one of the waiters to ask him for, by that time the food was cold, & i also asked for a BJ’s protein bowl with salmon they got me another plate & the waitress throws the plate & run she didn’t even waited for me to see the plate & it was a wrong plate from her then we had to wait for another waiter to get us our order , another thing my husband wanted to get some beer for every glass of beer we needed to wait for 30 min to get it, & they brought a half glass saying they are changing the keg & they still owes us another glass after that we get a tiny tasting beer glass but when we finished our food and everything like 40 min after the placed order.
I don’t recommend going to this place , with this bad staff & bad customer service although the food it was good but I’ll never go back to this restaurant ever again.

Went for my sister-in-law’s birthday with family. I ordered fried calamari and broccoli. both were awful. Calamari was all batter, no flavor, and the broccoli was yellow. I sent it back. No one at our table enjoyed their food. First server was annoying, but the girl who took over was kind and trying her best. Honestly, I’d pick Denny’s over this place.

Terrible customer service! We were lied to on the phone about our reservation. A manager called me later and said I didn't show up but l definitely did. I talked to the same host in the restaurant that told me they could honor my reservation on the patio because I had my dog. When I got there she told me that the patio was first come first serve. As we walked back to the front, another guest walked their dog out from inside. I told her that my dog is half the size of the one we literally just saw walking out of the inside of the restaurant. At that point, the host that I called earlier did admit to lying to me. Shady place. Don't eat here!

Food and atmosphere were terrific, but service was severely lacking. There were only two waiters, servicing 15 tables. The food took very long and several items did not come out until an hour later.

I always enjoy the avocado eg rolls ,club flatbread pizza and for dinner grilled chicken fettuccine with broccoli and a side Caesar salad.

A very family-friendly and spacious place. The menu has a variety of dishes. Brian, our server, was very attentive and courteous. A kid-friendly place.

nothing crazy special about BJ's but it's always reliable for food, drinks, and a chill night with a friend!
