A very family-friendly and spacious place. The menu has a variety of dishes. Brian, our server, was very attentive and courteous. A kid-friendly place.
Great food, our porkchops were delicious. Our waitress was very friendly. We enjoyed our meal very much. We will definitely go back again. Thank you.
Overall it was a fine experience. Could have had better service considering it wasn't all that busy. I had to ask a different person working more than once for something since my waitress wasn't checking on me.
Randall is an excellent server. He explained the specials to us. He realized we all wanted to catch up. So he checked with us periodically and was not pushy. He told us our food was taking longer than normal. Overall, great service. Our food came out warm and ready to eat. Overall, it was a great experience.
Had a wonderful bday lunch for my girlfriend. I had wonderful soup and salad, friend had the Atlantic salmon and my other girlfriend had a fried chicken breast on the mash potatoes and we all liked our food. We had plenty and our waiter's service was spot on wonderful! Great time!
Got seated fairly quickly, service was good, but our main entree was cold and when sent back for a warm up still came back a little warmer. Quality of the food was good so we brought it home to have after heating
When did it become ok for servers to bring the check before clearing the table and NOT asking if we want anything else? Didn't ask about coffee or dessert. Never came back to check on us once the food was delivered. Had to wait to be seat so they could "set up" our table and yet we had no salt or pepper. Took it from another table. I blame management for poor training or at the very least for letting this kind of service slide. And it's a shame since the food is good, great selection and delightful desserts (which would sell better if asked).
Marissa was great. The food was really good and the $13 Meal Deal is a good value. The 8-yr-old birthday party next to us was really noisy for the first half hour. But after that it was fine.
This was the first time visiting as we were in town from the East Coast, I truelly don't think I would actually visit again, the service was very, very slow and had to make a few corrections as things were delivered that were not ordered by my party etc. One meal was very specific but was messed up and wasn't enjoyable. I was told that this wasn't the usual for this location but as a first time visit I was not impressed at all.

Experience was horrible from the get-go. They are very aggressive and the waitress was very rude and just try to pressure for us to get more food saying if you’re hungry you need more when I asked her if it was enough and it’s just a very bad experience, I would never recommend, this place to anybody even though I used to go all the time

I ordered 11 inch pizza at menu price of $24. It turned out to be frozen pizza, see picture. Be warned, never order pizza at BJ. You will be fully disappointed since the pizza inside is still cold. Domino pizza or Costco pizza will be better than this.

Enjoyed some avocado egg rolls and a house salad, the Jeremiah Red is delicious as always. My bartender Maddy was on point and kept great care of me.

I wasn't thinking about doing a review so I didn't take pictures of the California Chicken Club Sandwich (I should have). It was a big disappointment, I ordered it as a lettuce wrap and it was a disaster the way they put it together. I ended up just cutting everything up and making it into a salad. There wasn't any bacon on it like there was supposed to be and the avocado wasn't even sliced. It was as if they just cut a small avocado in half and plopped it in there. Didn't seem to be much chicken on there either. By the time the server came back I just had a bunch of lettuce left so it was pointless to tell him about there not being any bacon. I last minute decided to order the chocolate chunk pizookie, I actually took a picture of that. The first one they brought was visibly burnt, and it didn't even cover the whole pan. After I took the picture I decided to try a bite, and it definitely was burnt. I immediately sent it back, it was bad enough having a lousy sandwich but to be followed up by a burnt dessert, I wasn't having it. I spent $70 for myself and daughter, she got the bacon cheeseburger and Oreo pizookie which she said were both really good, so I'm glad she liked hers. The prices are pretty expensive for something that really wasn't good. The server was okay, there wasn't any silverware for us, had to wait on that (we were there with 2 other people), I didn't get more water until the desserts came. This place was extra loud, felt like we were at Chuckie Cheese because there was a bunch of little kids at one table screaming and shouting about something. All in all, it wasn't a pleasant experience so I don't plan on going back. Here's the picture of my visibly burnt and burnt tasting pizookie. Gave 2 stars since my daughter liked her burger and pizookie, otherwise would be a 1 ⭐️

Inviting bar and atmosphere is cool… the menu is vast and has many offerings… so many that none actually come out good. Food was bad. A simple cheeseburger was sent out burnt. Pasta with chicken was bland. Waited over 15 minutes for the item to be corrected. Server was kind and attentive.
Do NOT come here for the food.
