Closed and building demolished. In & Out Burger Drive Thru is being built in it's place.
Service was super friendly & the portions were HUGE. Highly recommend you give this place a try.
Great place. Love the food. Wish the mules came in a copper cup
This place is excellent! Good prices, big dishes and the staff members are constantly friendly.
In past I have not really liked their rib eye too much but this last time it was outstanding!! Maybe their meat is comming from some where else now?? But it's real tasty!! I can't wait to go again maybe this weekend!!
Good prices, especially when you use their weekly coupons. The quality of the food is better than many more expensive restaurants. The service is sometimes slow. The latest "Trio" coupon special of lobster, fried shrimp, and a "wrangler" steak is not a good deal. The steak is about half the size of the normally included tri-tip steak. When the steak is the size of the lobster tail, that's too small. This visit we got the tri-tip steak with 3 free prawns coupon special. It was a good deal. The prawns were a good size and juicy. Would definitely get this special again. The wait staff was super friendly this evening.
Black Angus is always a good place for lunch or dinner. Service is good and the setting relaxed. It would be nice if they could lower their sodium content across their menu. On the other hand, it's easier for me to eat at Black Angus than many other restaurants. The Filet Mignon is always a good choice.
Love eating at he Black Angus! This time was very disappointing as we had a 6:30 dinner reservation. They were slammed and it was more than an hour before we were seated. I get things get busy... Service was great - our wait staff was excellent.
Excellent service and food at a reasonable price. Intimate atmosphere if you eat in the dining area. If there is a wait, there is ample room in the bar area.
friendly staff, good food and great value.

From the minute that my husband and I walked in, we felt welcomed. We loved the privacy of the booths and how attentive our server was. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and I love that we actually got to cut into our steaks to check for our preferred doneness. I have never experienced that at any restaurant before. I don't remember our server's name, but she was informative about our menu choices and checked on us the perfect amount of times. Upon leaving, we realized that Black Angus Friars rd was the exact location of the place that we celebrated our first meal as husband and wife. By the way, the night that I am reviewing was our 22nd wedding anniversary.
And excellent customer service from Amber my server/bartender!! So if you are there on Friday for lunch then ask for Amber!!
Our choice of the Great Deal for $48.00 a couple, was magnificent. We loved every item we chose. We will do this again, and probably again. We have family coming from back east soon and guess where we will take them. YEP!. Black Angus.
Good food. They almost Always cant get your steak done properly. I mean how hard is it to cook a steak properly if your job is to cook steaks?? Also I called ahead to make a reservation 1 person in party is disabled and can't walk very far. We ask they sit is in those booths you can see from the front. They gave them to other guest. They always do this. They NEVER LISTEN. How hard is it to Reserve one table for your guest? Today was one persons birthday so I asked then to bring the Birthday cookie at the end and sing. Once they seated us they mentioned it to the Birthday person...HELLO Surprise?? This place gets poor in advanced directions. Thanks for ruining a small surprise for someone's birthday..
The service was good. Everyone smiles.
