I regretted that I did not say anything to him. But I wanted to say thank you in here. To that barista, your coffee was amazing and we loved it and I wish we have your coffee again.

I want to appreciate the employees at Blue Bottle One Paseo for your understanding. While waiting for my coffee, my 7 yr old niece started feeling worse as she developed a fever and I had to leave without my order. The employees refunded my coffee order. Thanks for you understanding and compassion.

Alina Prinka has one of the worst customer service and attitude. Very very dark energy. She must be going through something at the core based on how she speaks, takes orders, and handles drinks. Work or public spaces aren’t your personal drama set. She went out of her way to try to harass me and my friend and even escalated by searching up my credit card to find my name to further harass me on social media. CREEPY BEHAVIOR! OBSESSIVE BEHAVIOR! JEALOUS BEHAVIOR! All has been documented and reported to property owners, local authorities, and so much more. She’s a disgusting person for the things she has said and done. Someone who hates their job should never be working at a register or even as a service worker. Watch out for this girl, matter fact you’ll know right when you see her who she is. She went out aggressive, combative, and out of touch with reality as a service worker, customers are always first.

Awful service. Ordered an Americano and waited ten minutes while people after me got their order. I asked if mine is coming, yes they tell me, even though it made no sense why others were getting theirs before me. I see a coffee sitting on counter, I ask again, and turns out that’s my coffee. Short haired lady claims she called my name several times. When I am standing right there and waiting! I told her she did not call my name, and she smugly shrugged her shoulders. If I was the owner I’d fire this staff. I just moved here, never coming back.

Drinks are good. Sometimes the app goes doesn't allow you to place orders though.
Parking is a little bit of a walk away and you might end up getting wet from the maintenance workers washing dirt off the parking garage covers.

This unexpected treat created a delightful moment for me to complete some necessary reading and sip a pour over coffee. There were many people enjoying coffee. Some were working on laptops. Others relished conversations. The koi pond adds an element peace. While on the other side, there was a play ground for young children. Next time you desire a peaceful moment, you may want to consider Blue Bottle Coffee on Del Mar.

Got the seasonal iced latte which tasted like straight oat milk. No customers inside, yet we wait ( patiently) for 15 minutes - not a care in the world, for me or them. Drink was mediocre at best. Barista ? Basically poured ingredients in a metal tumbler and poured into my cup without a single shake or stir
