I ate here 2 days in a row this week. First on Tuesday and it was just as it should be. Wednesday... not so much. Manager talked with me about the broken window and was super cool. But the food did not look like the pictures. I know times are tough but that's why we have to get these little things right.

My $14 Baja Chicken Sandwich 🥪 was the worst chicken sandwich I ever had. The Bread was cold, the chicken was cold and the grill onions on my sandwich included the outer skin of the onion. it was like chewing on a shrimp 🍤 with skin, quite bad 👎🏾 I let the cashier/ staff know about it but she did nothing, offer nothing nor talked to me after I let her know. Terrible food as usual, terrible customer service.

I asked to use the bathroom very kindly and the worker there responded and said with a lot of attitude you have to buy something. Poor customer service mean workers do not recommend

I have been coming to Board & Brew for years and was super happy once they opened a location in PB. Staff is super friendly, Steven takes great care of all the customers. If you want a sandwich and you're in PB, this is definitely the spot.
