I love that you can get their wonderful sandwiches on a gluten free wrap. My favorite is Tom's Choice. For me, being gluten free, it's hard to find a good sandwich that I can eat. This one is a 10!

I could’ve gotten a better sandwich. But that’s what I get for listening to my friend’s recommendation. Also, I didn’t like their sauce at all, but apparently it’s an acquired taste. But at least the staff were super nice. (Apologies for my food photography skills)

Fond memories of Baja Chicken sandwich from Del Mar from around 2003,4 or 5. This was definitely not that. The sandwich looked like it was hastily made without caring for presentation - it was mostly lettuce that was not crisp. One half of the sandwich had virtually no chicken while the other half had all of it. So my memories of a great sandwich were dashed by the one from UTC. Oh well. I guess you just can't go back.

I have tried to like this location bc I work in this mall. A few times i have given my order and waited just to be told they ran out of roast beef. Today I come in and im given someone elses food. They remake mine and i asked if it could be hot since it is a hot sandwich. Before the lady gives me the second sandwich she touches the top of it with gloves on after I watched her handle cleaning tables and the computer 🤮. I asked her if i could get a top bread piece bc of all the things i watched her touch with her gloves. But nope she said i couldnt bc “she doesnt handle cash so it should be ok” NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS ONE AGAIN!!! 3/3/25 @1:45pm!!!! DONE

Not a fan of this location. So disappointed!!! Flies everywhere. Had a fruit fly land in my beer twice. Gross. Sandwich was small and bland. No flavor. Service is subpar and lackadaisical. Scripps Ranch is the only location I’ll ever go to. They have the best energetic service and the best sandwiches. Always like family over there!

I love board and brew, this is the worst location. They ran out of their orange sauce which they are famous for, and didn’t tell me until i already paid for my order. I asked for ranch, they gave me chipotle. Sandwich had a Long black hair inside. Lettuce was browning. Last time, they were out of beef. Another time they didn’t want to take my order at 7:30 pm. They are lazy kids and don’t want to work. I recommend scripps ranch location. Never coming here again.

Great Italian sandwich, and a blonde brew! Reasonably priced sandwich $12 , Beer $5😊 I'm happy. Just found another good place to eat at UTC Mall.
