Super yummy, cute, and fast. Neat little place doing a lot with a little. Chess boards and Jenga ready to go at tables. Most business I saw was ordered to go. I sat down and enjoyed a wonderful Açaí bowl.

I adore this place. I popped in while waiting for a nearby appointment and the owner was very sweet and straight forward, the tea was delicious and I adore their take out cups. I wish all places had cups like this. The stopper is clever and the cup is sturdy.

They make their Bobas out of love! They got the firmness and taste of the boba pearls, just the way I love it! The service is amazing as well! Had a good experience! Definitely recommend!

We had Persian food in the same lot and stopped here for boba and Vietnamese coffee! The staff was amazing, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently.
We ordered Vietnamese coffees, slush and milk teas. ALL of them were amazing!
The decor was cute, music playing not too loud.
It was quite busy and our five drinks didn’t take too long.
Low key, small business boba drink place with pleasant ambiance and high quality products!
Such a beautiful place
Cute decorations and delicious food
I want to like this place, I really do, as it's so, so to my job. But the frozen yogurt was very clearly ice cream. And the boba is flavored with these powders instead of syrups and, since the drink is cold, they don't mix well at all and leave a weird film on your tongue. I tried asking once if they could just serve me the milk tea without any powders and was told no. My coworkers and I have both had reoccurring issues with the boba breaking down, as if it had been made quite a few hours before. The toppings looked very, very old.
I do leave a star because they are very nice people, they really are. But this is a shop that specializes in three foods that are very simple to make and maintain - two of them are just frozen products you can buy in bulk and add toppings to. And boba and simple syrups aren't hard to make. Hell, I've made good boba at home sometimes, I just don't like the cool down times for the hot tea for my morning routine because going from boiling to cold takes an hour and a half in the freezer. And simple syrup that mixes well with cold drinks are literally sugar and water on a pot, and there's ones you can buy too. The place is cute and the service is good, but it's hard to not be disappointed when the food and drinks are kind of the main thing.

Wonderful family owned business!🙌🏾
This is such a fun spot! Great prices and delicious treats! A fun afternoon with my son playing Jenga, taking fun selfies and drinking delicious Boba. I had a pineapple Fruit tea with crystal Boba and my boy had a Mango Milk tea. The Bubble Waffle Cookie monster gelato bowl was awesome! We are excited to visit here more often 💜
Banana Shake ruled. Saw chessboards on almost every table. No one to play with though.. such is life
