I was really disappointed with my visit to The Bon Cha. The bubble tea I tried was awful—tasted like cheap powder and was by far the worst I've ever had. I’d give it 2 stars, definitely not worth a visit.
I have been here a few times and every time i tried something different. All of them are so delicious. Recommended!

After seeing the other reviews this place has after ordering, it’s sad to see that the owner doesn’t seem to care to better their product. Ordered a Thai milk tea and a Taro milk tea through DoorDash. The Thai tea tastes like jasmine tea, nothing like Thai tea. Both drinks are very watery even though we ordered light ice. Some reviews from about a year ago said the same thing. I would assume if they receive enough negative feedback about the flavor of their drinks that they would improve but I guess not. Also, they didn’t even include straws. It’s boba. How are we supposed to drink it without straws? This place has potential and I hope they can get better. Their DoorDash photos look amazing, just wish they used their photo budget to better their drinks instead.

The owner is really kind! The atmosphere is great, and the drinks are absolutely delicious!! I’d definitely love to visit again next time :)

I absolutely LOVE this Husband and wife team! They work 14 hour days and they have a good son! This is a family owned business and they sure work hard to make their customers happy! I for one wish to thank each and every one of their customers for supporting them!
The reviews were right, this place is horrible. My husband asked for tapioca — we got charged for it — and there’s none in this mediocre tea. I tried calling the place to complain but they didn’t pick up. How do you forget to add tapioca when you’re a boba store?! That’s your whole deal.
EDIT: the restaurant’s response: sorry we’re not incompetent, we are scammers instead.

This place was actually pretty good. I think their milk tea had a good flavor and the boba tasted fresh! The area is a bit bad but other than that it's a pretty good boba shop.
