We drive to LS only and only for Bopjo. I love their bulgogi beef with additional glass noodle. There is part of me that wants to keep this place a secret bcs as it stands now you gotta wait a good 15 mins for food to get ready, which i don't mind .. it is a family business and the couple people do all the work themselves.
To understand what happiness means to me you have to go to a Korean Mexican restaurant called BopJo. I've mortgaged my house twice to fund my BopJo addiction, and my dad keeps sending me Dave Ramsey books in the mail. Do I care? Not really. Eating BopJo is like the first week of a Situationship before you realize that they are truly a terrible human being.

Of the countless food options that exist inside Liberty Station, BOPJO caught my eye because it seemed to be the one thing that stood out from the rest of the food in the building. A unique take on Korean and Mexican food, I was happy to have been able to give it a try. Also, it was one of the more reasonably priced restaurants in the building.
