I love Boston Market, eaten here for years. It’s pretty clear the company lacks leadership as evidenced by the ever-shrinking sides menu. 1/4 chicken white used to be an excellent choice with a variety of sides to choose from but not so much anymore.

Ordered for delivery and was missing half of my order. This honestly seems to be consistent among San Diego in general but I’m just so disappointed every time it happens. It’s expensive to order delivery for such consistent failure to care about customers. And staff treats you like you’re crazy if you complain.

Good food. However on holidays it can get very busy, I waited an hour and 20 minutes to get my food. Next time I will order online and then the wait is minimal.

20 minutes wait when the whole point of this place is the food is supposed to be pre-made like a cafeteria? The food is good but unacceptable wait time and not worth the trouble.

They were closed. I drove 25 minutes each way because I was craving Boston Market. I wasted 50 minutes and was left with nothing. I will never visit a Boston Market again.

T-Mobile brought me here with their T-Mobile Tuesday’s coupons but I’m rebellious and didn’t use it till Thursday. Anyways, I used my credit for their chicken pot pie. Im not gonna lie, this pie looks full to the core but when you scoop it. You’re going pretty deep to get anything. It tastes good but not as filling as you think but pies can be deceiving sometimes. Staff were friendly and accommodating if you needed anything extra.

Hadn't been to a Boston Market in over 8 years. I used to be a big fan of every meal I've ever had, but the quality of the food seems to have declined since my last visit. The staff was super nice though.

When in today to pick up a whole chicken and Side Item Sampler. I asked for plates since we are staying at a hotel. The meal was for me and my two children. The employee had the nerve to question why I need plates in front of another customer. Proceed to say that there was a plate there already which was the one with the Side Item Sampler. I need the plates for my children. Didn’t give me any utensils for the meal at that point was too embarrassed to ask in fear that I would be question to why I needed utensils. Not a single napkin or fork was included with my meal. I hope the store manager reads this review not everyone that goes to the restaurant is a local.

Food and service is good but I feel like company should have maybe just raised the price for meals and not raise prices and give less food. One or the other !!!!!

This is a review of this specific Boston Market location (Balboa and Genesse). This location used to be good. It was one of the only American fast casual options for several miles. But now it is a big disappointment! They no longer serve ribs or turkey, even though they are on the main corporate menu. Huge portions of the menus are covered because they have stopped carrying so many items! In addition the restaurant always looks like it's about to go out of business - despite what looks like healthy traffic. The owners need to step up their game or close it down.
