I am so disappointed that this location has permanently closed their doors, maybe it was lack of business but it was in a great location the Mac n Cheese was to die for according to my kidos!! I now work for what they are going to put here??

I had not been to this location since I was a kid . So when I got here I had no clue what to get a gentleman name Anthony helped me out was very kind and answered all my questions. He was great and the food was good thank you Anthony we will be back because of your service .

After a bad experience there a year ago I decided to try it again. There won't be a third time. The all you can eat chicken noodle soup was bland with noodles way too thick and chewy. Not the way I like soup.

Boston Market, as a brand, has been deteriorating over the years. This particular location is CONSTANTLY out of items, and order accuracy is hit and miss, as far as what you order vs. what is in the bag when you leave. Repeated complaints to management have made no effect, and leads me to believe that they don't care.

Spent 26 ACTUAL minutes in their drive thru with only a couple of cars in front of me. There were FOUR employees in an empty restaurant, and their Manager told me he had someone call in. Never once offered an apology, just babbled about someone calling in, and took 6 minutes once I got to the window to get me 3 side items that are all PRE-MADE. Awful, avoid at all costs. I've been here early in the night and they've been out of chicken. How do you run out of chicken at Boston Chicken Market??? The worst, I promise. Look at my reviews, I compliment most every place i go to.

Normally I love this place and I go here instead of cash KFC because it's so much yummier that's night I went there and I noticed that I was cleaning the countertops while the girl was making the food and that was really nothing to me but then he put on gloves and started giving out food and didn't even wash his hands I will never go to this location again
i had to wait 30 minutes for 3 slices of meatloaf, mac&cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. There were a lot of pissoff customers and one asian lady wanted a refund. It seems like they just ignored her. I'm not sure if they gave her her refund back. Not sure. Will not come back here anymore. Management see what's going on.

I went there and ordered kids meals for my kids. The price posted was 529 or 539, I can't quite remember. When the cashier rung me up it totaled up to $14.63. See attached picture. So that's no big deal, that happens. But the reason I am so disappointed is that in speaking with the cashier, she mentioned that this had happened to multiple other families and she had no idea why it wasn't working. Rather than offer a refund of the difference, or respond to my request to have it changed, she simply handed me my chocolate milk and went to help the next customer. She clearly couldn't care less. I shared with her that this is a pretty big deal to have a posted price for one amount and then the actual price paid be so much higher...she wasn't interested.

Definitely not for me. There chicken pot pie tasted sweet, almost like cardamom, not a taste I like. The white meat chicken was kind of ok, but the veggies were old.

Very poor service. Had to ask for napkin dispenser to be filled twice and it wasn't done. Order came our missing salad dressing. Took forever to have order taken despite being the only customers in the restaurant. One word -- disorganization.

Untrimmed Brussels sprouts, dill potatoes dry and flavorless, only thing that was decent is the rotisserie chicken. But how do you serve untrimmed sprouts? Unbeatable!
