I am over the moon in love with the seasonal Thanksgiving Turkey Melt. The Rustic Cornbread bread is so delicious! And be sure to grab a bag of mini chocolate chip cookies--soft, just how i like them!

I would like to file a complaint regarding my order from November 21st, around 6:30 PM, at Boudin. I purchased two soups with bread, but when I arrived to pick them up, they came without the bread.
I don’t understand how it’s possible to sell a dish missing an essential part and still charge the full price. It was very frustrating, and I even had to buy a separate bread at Vons for my pregnant sister-in-law, who was really craving it.
Please look into what happened and get back to me with an appropriate solution.

Came in at 12:35, they only had 1 cashier during lunch time so the line was to the door. Each time she took an order she would go do something so it took about 20 minutes to order and then it took another 25 minutes to get my food to go.

Terrible experience ordering clam chowder . I haven’t tasted it yet since I’m still sitting here waiting for it to arrive .. it’s been over 20 minutes since I walked in .. manager didn’t care at all when I complained about the Kiosk and the credit card reader … definitely needs a lot of improvement. I go to Panera bread normally and will continue since the ordering process is streamlined, the kiosk is simple to use and I never have a hassle using a credit card.
My husband and I love coming here cause everyone is always attentive, quick, friendly and never had a bad experience here. Tonight I just wanted to give a shout-out to Jacob! Who made our experience even more enjoyable! So thank you for having great customer service at your establishment 🤍
Definitely be coming back for more delicious food 😋
Parking: There were plenty of handicap spaces for us, and ample regular parking in the lot as well
Kid-friendliness: Bluey coloring pages and crayons were available at the counter!
Wheelchair accessibility: We were hesitant to bring our wheelchair into the dining room since the user is ambulatory, but there was plenty of room if we had.
