This was the worst bbq I ever had. Where do I start. The rib tips were tough and lacked seasoning. I tasted smoke and lighter fluid. The hot link was barely cooked. The fish was greasy and underwhelming. The best thing was the baked beans. The kool-aid will put you in a diabetic coma. I wasted $75 dollars and would not recommend this place to anyone. They need better customer service as well. If you think this place is good, you must not know good bbq. Highly disappointed ☹️

The lady at the front was rude. The brisket was very thick, dry and flavorless. They don’t even remove the membrane from the ribs yuck! Destination smoke house in murrieta is way better!
My husband is from Memphis and so I'm spoiled when it comes to barbecue and this place is a Lil slice of heaven good food good vibes just a gem.

Just hold the charcoal / lighter fluid . The food has a taste or the Grill . Let the charcoal burn a lil more before you just slap the meats on . Other than that, the quality of the presentation and the portions are absolutely beautiful no complaints there. I’d even order again, knowing that most likely, I’m going to taste a little charcoal smoke just because the food itself is amazing

Incredibly delicious ribs, brisket, and hot links! Spicy mac and cheese and sweet cornbread were yummy. We were in town for a family funeral nearby at Greenwood. The family was warm and welcoming. Thank you for your hospitality!
Great bbq, well seasoned and tasty! My family absolutely loves this place, it can be a bit busy most of the time so plan on ordering and taking your food to go. Overall top notch bbq!! I can easily recommend every item on the menu but beware they do run out of food items the later in the day you go.

The absolute best bbq I’ve had in San Diego! You felt like family walking into the restaurant and the atmosphere felt like my hometown in Texas. The sampler platter was so juicy and the meat was falling off the bone! Get the sweet tea and make sure to grab a desert on your way out. Thanks for a great meal!!

Great food. Great vibe! The whole staff was friendly and felt like family I hadn’t seen in a while. There’s plenty of reviews about the meat, but let me tell you about the COLESLAW. That’s my secret litmus test for a bbq place. Most people don’t care about it, it’s overlooked, or even left untouched on a plate. And a lot of places cut corners with it, because nobody will notice. SO if the coleslaw is good, if they put their effort and love into THAT, then I know everything else will be BOMB. ….This coleslaw about made me CRY it was so good! (And so did everything that followed!) I told the guy at the pit and he said “That’s my grandmas!” Well tell your grandma I love her, and that her coleslaw brought a farmboy from Iowa to tears. 🥹 There’s SO much else on the menu I can’t wait to go back and try. That sweet potato pie is calling my name.
