Try the Activated charcoal Sourdough Loaf ?. It is Super tasty, wonderful texture and a stunning slice for avocado toast. Breakfast Republic, PB has a GREAT one on b & c charcoal sourdough, which IS DARK, and definitely blue-ish black. ??

I have never tasted this bread/baked goodies from here, as far as I know, but every dang day I walk to work (blue building across the street) and I smell heaven. What ever kind of baked deliciousness you’re crafting in there... keep it up. It’s a great way to start my day :)
