We made a reservation for our friends birthday today, and we confirmed the reservation yesterday. We show up early to our reservation and the restaurant is closed. Their website, google, and Opentable all says they are open. Ruined her birthday. They are closed for construction. Other parties had shown up for their reservations as we did, we spoke with them and they were equally pissed. I cannot imagine how many people had the same experience as us considering it's a long term closure.

So fun I went here with my cousins to be honest we showed up late but they still took our order and served us, the atmosphere is super cute and they play some good music ! Really fun spot for brunch and the drinks are really god I believe I had the pineapple blood orange mimosa and it was sooo good!! We also had the breakfast tower along with the loaded fries which were delicious!

San Diego does it right! We came at opening time and immediately got a spot but it gets booked quickly! Fun dishes and cocktails. Come with the ladies or a date. The ambiance & decor is fun and all the staff are incredibly friendly.

Very disappointed as this place is currently closed and it doesn't mention that at all on the website. They are still allowing reservations yet they are closed and being remodeled. I made reservations due to having friends in town and we drove all the way here for it to be closed. They should really stay on top of their website. Will definitely not be trying this place after this experience.

This is a fun spot if you're celebrating a birthday or just a day out with your friends. They have such a cute interior and their dishes are picture perfect! I've been a few times now and love the Eggs Benedict. They also have good cocktails. Some can be a little sweet but they have a jalapeño margarita that I love! Their team is friendly & great!

One of the biggest surprises of my trip to San Diego. Due to flooding they have service in one of their sister restaurants about a block away. Several food items weren't available including the caviar Benedict but I substituted a shrimp & bacon Benedict. Star of the show was my cocktail. Absolutely delicious beverage. My wife didn't care for her food but I enjoyed this place

i scheduled a reservation, my party and i showed up on time to see a sign over a closed door saying "we are open - come in to rusticucina next door" so we walk over to rusticucina, only to be told they were closed early. i totally get that things happen, but we had a reservation and i feel like there's definitely should have been at least some kind of communication about the situation beforehand?? we didn't receive any calls, texts or emails explaining anything, so we showed up to our reservation only to get turned down in the rain - pretty disappointing :'( literally any kind of communication about the situation happening would have been great!

I really like the decoration here. The drinks were cute. The food was just okay it wasn't anything amazing or flavorful. Definitely a place for pictures. It was nice to come and check it out.
Champagne & breakfast all day? Yes, please (caviar pancakes exist!). My decadent short rib benedict & Signature Nutella waffle were divine.

The most embarrassing establishment I have ever seen. Took over one hour for me to get a coffee with oat milk, and when it finally arrived, I was completely done eating. The server forgot silverware for our entire party, and I was forced to pick at my meal with my hands because it was going to get cold. Numerous items were added to the bill as a scam because they hoped we wouldn't notice. If you want to go here as a joke with your friends it might be ok, my friends short rib benedict was actually yummy.

I'd give this place one star but the second star was because of Alexis. She was great and tended to my table as much as possible but while she was tending to us the older lady that seem to be the manager or owner or someone higher than her kept giving her tasks. Poor girl was running around like a headless chicken. And she was the last person waiting tables on Sunday with little to no help (which happened to be the last day before they closed for renovations). Alexis, if you ever read this, thank you for making our first time there great and fun. We saw how hard you work. After she was gone, yes we had paid our bill but some of us still had drinks and food to finish when that same older lady mentioned earlier turned the lights off on the side we were sitting. Yes, they were closing and there were 2 or 3 parties left so why turn off the lights like that?!

On Sunday March 10th 2024. Me & a party of 4 decided we wanted brunch at this restaurant. The Service was not 100% from the moment we were seated until we finished. server took a long time to come greet. Someone brought us 4 glasses with no water. Server then came over to our table to greet , still no waters. She explained they were short staff, Our Food Took about 1 hour to get to our table, our adult beverage took 30 mins to get to our table. Food comes out and three people ordered something that came with their rib meat which was not on their plates nor did the sever communicate and let us know they ran out of their rib meat. Assumed we wanted carne asada, if the communication level was 100% the three guest would have ordered something else. We had to remind the sever for everything , no utensils(silverware) , water jug was empty since we waited so long for our food. Had to ask for a refill on waters. Only reason we knew this restaurant was out of their Rib meat, we asked the manager who came by to grab our empty plates. Her as a manager would not communicate nor look up at us but says yes to we ran out of the meat , instead of apologizing. Server brought out 1 complimentary champagne and said sorry for the wait. But our party was a group of 4, I found that very rude. And that is what made me write a bad review. The service was awful from start to finish with no Empathy!
