Visited this Breakfast Republic on Monday and had a wonderful experience. The coffee was amazing and reasonably priced for being bottomless (the mugs are huge too). The service was excellent as well. Our server, Lance, appeared to be the only worker in the building, but was still very attentive and made great recommendations including the Jurassic Benedict. We will be back!

I would have to say for a Monday morning. It was truly horrible service. The server was not attentive to what was going on. Telephone was ringing and not being answered. There was no customer service or greeting at the door upon entry. There was a person waiting to pick up an order who had been standing at the front for at least 10 minutes before they were acknowledged. The order had been sitting at the bar since they got there to pick it up. Whoever the server was on duty a male with curly hair. I think he was a bit overwhelmed with everything going on because I did not see any other staff in the front of the house helping. Absolutely worst service I've ever experienced and I work in the hospitality industry. Very disappointed. Will definitely not be back.

Outstanding service, first and foremost! Jeremy was so sweet and accommodating. I had the pancake flight and omg the OREO pancakes were out of this world! It’s a MUST to order the Jurassic Bloody Mary *chef kiss* The ambiance was pure San Diego vibes and my husband and I truly had a pleasant experience.

We loved Breakfast Republic so much we went back the very next day! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked both times. A special shout-out to Kassi, who served us on both visits and was amazing, friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. A must visit for anyone who loves a great breakfast and even better service!
