The taste was fire. The eggs and sausage were freshly cooked but the potatos and sauce were cold. Updated from previous review on 2026-02-22
Pretty standard breakfast, basically like a slightly better Dennys but with only 2 guys working the entire front of the house. I mean, those 2 fellas were hustling, but probably could have used at least one more server or bartender or busboy or something to keep everything flowing smoother. My omelet, potatoes, and toast only warmish and the flavor was generic. My friend said his pancakes, egg, and sausage were ok.

We got there after the morning rush ?? (We hope) and while we were seated quickly it was a solid 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. We had a wiggly small kid with us, so we almost left.. got strung along with, I'll be right with you several times. Finally the server thought to grace is with his presence, and took our order. I was concerned that our food works very cold and stale waiting on him, but a super efficient food runner saved the day! Food was good... even though I'd have to be a little desperate to visit again.

definitely a cringe millennial kinda vibe to the place but i was really high and kind of messed with it. waitress was looking at us really weird the entire time. kind of felt like they could make a sitcom out of the place. food was pretty god darn good, i had an omelet and it was up to snuff. great for kids!

You can’t get much more stylish than this for breakfast. From the moment you walk in, the vibe stands out: industrial ceiling with warm Edison lights, lots of wood, bold yellow chairs, and that cool retro diner feel with the Airstream-style setup in the back. Super photogenic, but still relaxed and authentic.
The food absolutely delivers. The jambalaya topped with three perfectly cooked sunny-side-up eggs was a standout – rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The pancakes were fluffy and light, served with fresh blueberries and just the right amount of syrup. Add a cappuccino with smooth, creamy foam and a fresh-squeezed orange juice, and you’ve got the perfect start to the day.
The drink menu is just as impressive, from prosecco and creative cocktails to really solid coffee options. It’s clear they put real thought and care into what they serve.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a modern, stylish breakfast spot with great quality and atmosphere. I’d come back anytime.

So, I consider myself to be somewhat of a hipster breakfast connoisseur. When I say this establishment's brussel sprout breakfast potatoes were the best I've ever had, I mean of any restaurant, or any home, ever, in my 42 years of life on this earth. They defy physics and chemistry to deliver the perfect ratio of crispiness and juiciness. Topped with Parmesan and cooked with almost imperceptible amounts of bacon and onion, they deliver a rich, smooth experience that, no joke, soothed me at some primordial level. I'd include a picture but I was in ecstasy for every bite and not thinking straight.
