The food here is overpriced and terrible. There’s zero flavor and everything tastes like unseasoned cardboard. The only redeemable item is their coffee. I started placing pick up orders for just coffee but that’s not even worth it anymore. I always wait until I receive the “your order is ready text” then head to the restaurant. It never fails everytime I arrive they always say my coffee isn’t ready even though they messaged that it was. Then the staff (staff that always acts like they hate working and don’t want to be there) will tell me to wait and that it’s almost ready. Usually I have to wait 10 more minutes for just a coffee that was supposed to be ready 25 min ago. The restaurant is never busy when I’m there either so it makes no sense that a coffee takes 40 minutes to make. This has happened four times. I will no longer give them my business.

Great customer service and delicious drinks and food! I brought my best friend for brunch and the server noticed his birthday was that same day and took it upon herself to bring him a piece of cake and light a candle for him. Will definitely be back here when im back in town.

The online waiting list is not accurate. It says no need to wait but after arriving was told one hour waiting . And the reception didn’t put us on the actual waiting list although I asked. Wasted my time there

This has happened twice to me, where are my order was ready, misplaced, and I have to ask a manager to find it.
First one was an order placed in person for takeout. I waited on the sidewalk for an hour because there was a shift change and the host didn't tell the new one that my order was done.
Second time I placed an order online and when my girlfriend showed up to get it they couldn't find it anywhere. I had to call and ask for a manager and then she found it, after my girlfriend had already left and got another food.
It's just a really annoying problem to deal with; I will not be ordering here again.
Enjoyed an incredible brunch today with two of my best friends. Umit was incredible - attentive, kind, and funny. My friends and I spent at least 2 hours here without a rush. He went above and beyond us. Such an amazing experience. Thank you Umit for being so lovely to us
