Breakfast Republic at Liberty Station is a uniquely delightful spot. Their pancakes are creative and absolutely delicious, and the playful dishware adds a fun vibe to the whole experience. The entire place is cool, but the standout for me is their amazing patio—paired with perfect San Diego weather, it’s unbeatable. I’ve been here twice now, and both visits were fantastic. Next time I’m in San Diego, it’ll definitely be on my list again!
Great spot with amazing food which was dampened only because of the location near the airport with flights going directly over head and drowning out the conversation. Apart from that it was a 10/10
The food was very good. The service was overwhelmed, One server for the entire outdoor patio. It took forever just to get a cup of coffee. And then the major issue was the airplane noise. Every 5 mins you'd have to stop your conversation because you couldn't hear anything. We got there at 8 am, and there was a line waiting for seats when we left at 10 am. Maybe inside seating would not have the noise issue. But overall, I think I'd find another place.
