Brigantine Seafood & Oyster Bar is a fantastic spot for seafood lovers! The food was excellent from start to finish. The New York steak and lobster tail is an absolute must-try—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The wedge salad was crisp and delicious, and the drinks were top-notch. Overall, Brigantine offers a great dining experience with quality food and a lively atmosphere. Definitely a must-visit when in San Diego!

Enjoyed a very nice birthday lunch on the patio. Beautiful views including the Star of India. The lunch special was superb! Salmon stuffed with crab topped with 2 shrimp and served on a bed of risotto. Wonderful meal at a reasonable price.

Maria gave us outstanding customer service. She gave us excellent menu suggestions and was very attentive to our needs. The food was delicious as always and the atmosphere was amazing!

Opentable Diner

Went there for an anniversary dinner. Waterside seating for two, waiter was knowledgeable and on top of his game. Drinks were good, however the wife didnt care for the sangria. Food came out on time and was well prepared and plated. 5 out of 5. Pricey, but not overly so, so worth it. Loved it and will go again.

Shrimp & Crab Cobb salad and cocktails were excellent. For a table by the water during lunchtime make your reservation between 11:00 and 11:45. Our server was genuinely friendly and efficient.

Ottimo ristorante! Location sul mare della zona Embarcadero, cibo ottimo e servizio impeccabile. Consigliato.

All in all lovely. A bit overpriced for the quality of the food. But the views and service are with it.

We had the lovely experience of sitting at a two-person table on the outdoor deck, at first under an umbrella and later under heat lamps, behind a wind screen. We'd made the seating request on our reservation and the hostess staff seemed delighted to seat us. It was too cloudy for a sunset but, for us visiting from Las Vegas, provided a great view of water and passing ships. Our server Lisa was informative and paced our leisurely meal perfectly. We had good wine and a crisp Yuzu martini that were reasonably priced. We shared a crab cake, large and with little filler, sitting on a bed of remarkably good cabbage slaw. Hubby had the Ahi tuna dish which he devoured and I ordered the macadamia-nut mahi. The parmesan risotto and perfectly cooked green beans were delicious. The maki was a little dry, but was helped out by the lemon beurre blanc sauce. Valet parking was $20 (plus a tip) but, for us out-of-town seniors, it was convenient and worth it.

With great views over San Diego Bay this is a good reasonably priced spot with good food and great service. Our server Tyler was attentive and had some good recommendations. Overall a good meal and passing some time watching the boats go out to sea and aircraft taking off and landing. The sea breeze can be a little harsh so bring a coat or sit by the fire pit :)

We enjoy this restaurant both for the food and the views. This experience (lunch) wasn't our favorite ( I think our server may have had too many tables). But we'll definitely be back because of the food and views.

Unfortunately, if you're not sitting by the window or outside, it's a very mediocre experience. We should have just eaten at a Brigantine nearer to our home. Sadly, the table next to us complained of glare from the incredible view and so they closed all the shades across the dining room and since we were set next to the kitchen doors, we were stuck in a dark corner that could have been anywhere. Such a shame when we had out of town guests who wanted to see the harbor. Oh well. Not worth the ride or the money.

Both the food and the service was excellent. Lunch with friends. Both the food and the service was excellent. Lunch with friends I had read the reviews that complained about service? All the staff were excellent and 100% responsive to any needs or requests

Decent food, low priced, overall good. Be warned, stay away from the scallops. They have a nasty, bitter aftertaste. Maybe it was a one off, but I'll never touch that disgusting dish again. Aside from that, everything was good. The octopus, calamari, and lobster tempura tacos were all very decent and worth the price. Overall the place is decent with a great view of seated outside.
