Hiring Brothers Catering was one of the best decisions we could have ever made. They have so many choices it was a little daunting at first but we were able to narrow it down and during our first tasting they made us a wide selection to help us narrow it down. We did the filet and bruschetta chicken dual entree concept with green beans almondine and smashed potatoes. Wow, just wow. The food is delicious and you can tell the chef is both talented and proud of the work he produces.

What a fantastic day it was and so many thanks go to Lisa and the Team at Brothers Signature Catering & Events. The food was incredible, the setup was perfect and the space looked amazing. Everything from the simplest Fruit Display and the Breakfast Pastries to the Yummy Quiche and let’s not forget about the … Crispy Bacon. Yummy.
