Great option for a quick breakfast either sit down or to go. Good service, food was tasty and that had coffee. They also offered free cups for water which is great for people that don’t like coffeeKid-friendliness: Standard little bagel shop, no issues bringing kids here

Unprofessional staff, she was so mean and disrespectful. I placed my order and waited for 15 minutes, went back to ask again said not ready as I told you before. The sandwich was over salty and terribly presented.

Horrible experience here! We ordered 3 sandwiches and none were edible. The meat was uncooked, egg tastes horrible, and the only thing remotely safe to eat was the bread. The manager, Veronica Bailon, refused a refund stating “this location provides no refund under any circumstances” We attempted contacting corporate and their customer service system provided nothing but “error” messages. Love this restaurant chain but will NEVER eat here at this location again.

I had a cheese bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. It was served quick and warm.

Unfortunately Bagel dough was not fully cooked. The pictures on the website looked good though.I would give it another chance, maybe it was a one off problem.

I really wanted to stop and experience this place but upon arrival after driving 5 hours I was told there was no restroom that we could use. So I had to take my money to McDonald’s.

Besides the occasional language barrier and the occasional over toasted bagel I can say without doubt Noah's/Einsteins bagels is substantially better than Brueggers bagels & say that with literally hundreds of experiences between them. Of course it's fair to say that all of us have different tastes and expectations, soo with that in mind had to be fair and give this 4 stars instead of 3 stars as I originally wanted to post.

the vibe in this place is really nice, all the employees were super nice, there is a ton of bagel options as well as cream cheese options.

I ordered the siracha honey sunrise breakfast sandwich online. It put me in a good all day.

Not a good experience at this location on Saturday morning. On top of the fact that my bagel was just ok, some of the staff in there are in desperate need of customer service training. After finishing my bagel, I asked a middle aged female employee if there were public restrooms I could use. She looked annoyed and pointed to the register. I was confused but assumed the key was up there. She then whispered to a younger male employee something and he asked "did you buy something?" Mind you I had sat inside the restaurant for a good twenty minutes eating my bagel. I replied with a simple "yeah" as I looked around searching for the employees who had taken my order but one was sweeping and I didn't want to make a bigger deal. I was reluctantly given the coin for the restroom by the two rude employees. I noticed there were other customers observing this exchange and frankly it was degrading. I'm sure being located by the train station they must get an influx of non customers using the restroom but there's a better way of communicating this. Please do better at training your employees.

Good service and nice employees. Solid chain bagel store.

Cute bagel shop in downtown San Diego! Bagels are good, but nothing to write home about. Service is not the most friendly, and I was taken aback by this. Not much I can sayas service is really important to me. Maybe with better staff they would get 5 stars....

Visited this place on a Saturday morning. Employees could be friendly to customers. No one greeted to say hello. Place wasn't even busy. Ordered a bagel sandwich. Asked for no cheese and requested butter instead. Was told extra-charge. Very unhappy especially if cheese cost $1.00. Also observed some employees were not using gloves behind the counter when servicing food. We are still in COVID times. Would not revisit.
