Was out by aldis and wanted to try this little shop out. The menu is easy to read and the bagels come out piping hot. I got the brisket bagel and it was good enough probably not a place I’d come again but a good one time stop.

This place is opened for a month now and I came to know of this place due to a coupon I got in mail. I took my coupon and went to try it. Ordered Western bagel, amazed to see like 10 variety of bagels to choose from, there are mini ovens to bake the bagel, bagel turned out really good and warm. Then went to bill with the coupon and the staff behaviour suddenly changed as if They are giving it for free, came second time and same behaviour from staff. Staff can really need to improve on there attitude. The place is good, but staff behaviour is a minus for me. Bagel size is small, three variety of coffees to choose from. Taking out 2 star for staff.

Missing items from order. These people want $20hr and can't get a order right with 3 items

This review was a difficult one for me to pick between 2 and 3 stars . The customer service was awkward and unhelpful. It was 6:20 am but still at these very high prices for small bagels you expect to be helped in a friendly manner. The bagel shop is adorable and very clean. The bagels are small and overpriced. Almost $5 for 1 small bagel and cream cheese. I had the brisket sandwich for 8.50 . It was tiny , i will say it was tasty and a solid 4 stars.

Disappointed. I love fresh bagels with my morning coffee. First time at Brueggers and ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The Bagel was kind of stale and overall unremarkable. Will stick to Noah's bagels, thanks.

My visit to Bruegger's Bagels was, unfortunately, a testament to the idea that not all bagel experiences are created equal. The service was pedestrian at best; I found myself confused about where to collect my order post-purchase, a question that should have been addressed by clearer instructions from the staff. The bagel itself left much to be desired. The word 'bland' springs to mind, with the flavors failing to dance on the palate as one would hope from a quality bagel. Additionally, the disproportionate amount of cheese smothered on the bagel was more of a hindrance than a help, utterly dominating the flavor profile and leaving no room for the other ingredients to shine. The preparation of the bagel also missed the mark. A properly toasted bagel should have a satisfying crunch, a warm interior, and a slight chewiness - yet, this one fell flat, lacking the toasted perfection one anticipates. Ambience-wise, the setting did little to enhance the dining experience. Competing with another restaurant in the same premises, the atmosphere was less than ideal for a sit-down meal. The lack of a distinct, inviting space made it clear that this establishment is perhaps more suited to those on-the-go rather than diners looking for a spot to linger and enjoy their meal. In summary, Bruegger's Bagels has some strides to make in both culinary execution and customer experience. Bagel aficionados might want to look elsewhere to satisfy their cravings.

Farmhouse sandwich was delicious, best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in a while. It was pretty pricey though.

i got my bagels extremely quickly because they weren't too busy. the service was nice and i would come back to enjoy a quick convenient breakfast. only minus 1 for the amount of cream cheese they put. i mean i like cream cheese but was a bit excessive.

Peppery bacon, egg and cheese sandwich was really good! I enjoyed it.

Came in for grab bagels for my crew. I love that they have the day old bagels in a bag for a discount!! I was super impressed by the rosemary bagel and the options. I love how thin and crispy and crunchy the bagels were. Very east coast. Love it!

What a disappointment! Bad presentation! Not even a box? bagels thrown in a paper bag! Just so you know, you need to order the schmear separate and pay $2.00 for each tiny tub, see photo! Be aware the salmon is truly fishy! Each Friday we bring bagels from Einstein Bagels, this time we thought we might try something different, bad idea! never ordering from Bruegger's again! Horrible!
