Rude and unfriendly customer service and the bobas were not well made. They are dry and crumbly on the inside. Disappointing.

Price is expensive for them to be using powder, but still good

Im writing this review as i’m cancelling my order now the cashier saying their machine broke so i cant get a refund receipt.if you’re mexican DONT come here, they won’t make your order AT ALL & will skip you and give everyone else order.I waited an hour and a half for an waffle ice cream cone.the two white girls played the race card on me.if i could give this place negative stars i would and shut it down and fire them as well.

Bubble waffle and boba in PB? I'm here for it!This is def a great place to go to for dessert after lunch/dinner. Their menu is a decent size ranging from sweet waffles to boba drinks! I got the oreo ooh-la-la and rainbow bubble waffles for the kiddos, which was pretty good. The size of the dessert can be shared with 2 people. I would def want to try out their other ones next time I'm there. What I loved more than the food itself was the cup that held everything together. Sometimes it can be a little messy when the ice cream melts and start dripping down from the bottom sleeve. But these cups held up super well and there was no mess what so ever! Def will be back!

The drinks were good but the store itself was very understaffed for a Friday night, only 1 guy to make all the drinks and take orders. Waited for a long time...if hadnt already paid, we would have left.

Decent boba and lots of sugar, even at 25% sweetness it was too sugary, going to try 0% next time. They must douse the boba in honey, dang it was sweet. If that's your jig it's here!

I haven't dared to try the waffles with ice cream yet but the boba is A+. It varies on whether the batch is fresh or not but it's definitely the best boba I've had. The tea is really good and refreshing without being too sweet.(Try the peach black tea if you need a recommendation) I've tried quite a few boba place and nothing is as good as bubble up. Definitely one of my favorite places to get a nice drink and go sit on the boardwalk or something.

I’m picky and was actually quite happy with my milk tea + boba + pudding. Boba texture was fresh. Tea was not too sweet. Pudding was flavorful. Service was solid.

while their menu items didn’t disappoint, their service could use a little work. The last thing i wanna do is sound like a karen but my sister and i went there near closing time and there were a few people behind us, too. However, we were literally the last people left in the store until we got our order. The people behind us had already gotten their orders way before us and it was just not okay. There were even people coming in while i was waiting for my order and even they got their order before mine. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Again, i don’t wanna sound rude but my sister and I left feeling very disappointed and was thinking why this could’ve happened. Thank you.

I visited bubble up boba today for the first time and order a Thai tea with boba. It was delicious and I enjoyed it very much. The consistency of the boba was particularly good. They have a wide selection of milk teas and toppings, with fair prices. The location replaces another shop, boba boy. Bubble up is hands down better than boba boy. I love milk tea and I’d say this is the best you can get in PB. So if you’re in the neighborhood and have a craving go check them out. They just opened during a worldwide pandemic, and I’m sure they would appreciate your support right now. I’ll definitely be back soon.

Awesome service and nice people. I cannot express how good my oreo shake with boba was. I will be going back and recommending this to as many people as I can.

the drinks are very watered down. i got the mango green tea and the lavender milk tea and it wasnt good and doesnt even taste like the flavors. the blended oreo drink tastes like water and cookies.
