Not a bad place to catch a drink before flying out . Plenty of seats available and staff is decent . Drinks are ok and can be pricey here . It’s airport price so we expect that.

The best stop for a beyond amazing dry martini, lovely service and fresh shrimp cocktail. :)
Spent $100 + tip on 4 glasses of wine - had to pour the 2nd ones into plastic cups because they closed at 8pm on a SATURDAY night - bartender wanted to leave and said he needed our glasses. Ridiculous
This HAD been a lovely experience here...I did two meetings via Zoom...all good...into 3rd meeting and walking to my departure gate and the lady at bar starts screaming at me ....20 people turn their heads and tell me that I hadn't paid my bill....I most certainly had....told them to find me at my gate if they couldn't find the receipt.... horrifying....

It gets one star for the view. Forget the overpriced wine (other areas in the airport are MUCH cheaper). The staff is absolutely rude, ignorant and patronizing. They are picky about who they will serve and the man at the front said he "would prefer cash" as the person said "it would go faster!" - Firstly, cash is gross. Secondly, why does he need cash? Is he skimming some of it? It was absolutely bizarre. Will never return to this place at the airport again - what jerks!
No seafood at a seafood bar. Lame prepackaged food.
We always look for a place to get a drink or food before a flight because we always arrive early for our flights. We found this place in the San Diego Airport.Well beers are a no brainer but mixed drink was just ok. It was good but no love put into it.We did arrive as they were close to closing so things are a little different. The thing that was a bit weird was the only person working took a lunch break 30 minutes before closing. So she closed all tabs then ate here lunch. After lunch/dinner she came back served one drink then turned down other arrivals at the bar.The view and atmosphere are nice in the airport location of this place. We would try it again maybe when we aren’t on a red eye flight.
I got an early flight into San Diego and wasn’t able to check into my hotel so I posted up at Bubbles at the airport and ordered a glass of Prosecco. The pour was to the brim so I got two. Great service and they only talk to you when you need a refill (my fav type of communication). Will get tipsy next time I’m here. 10/10 recommended.

We had drinks and snacks before we boarded our long non-stop flight to London. The bartender was very nice and the view of the planes was nice. Like anything in an airport, it was on the pricey side.
Love this place. Drinks are expensive but nice and strong. Highly recommend.

We were flying home to Phoenix from a series of meetings all along the West Coast of California on Tuesday, June 12, from SAN Airport (through LAX) out of T2, on a United Airlines flight, and discovered Bubbles, a “Champagne Bar” near Gate 41 – our departure gate for our SAN to LAX leg of the return trip. This location was new to us, and as we had plenty of time before our flight, decided to stop in for a “glass of bubbly.” We were not disappointed. Bubbles is a combination Seafood and Wine Bar, and sort of reminded us of Caviar House & Prunier at London Heathrow – but with some differences. I think that it was both the seafood, and the Champagne, that did it for us. As we had already eaten an early lunch, we only did Champagne, and had the Piper Heidsieck Brut, and the Taittinger Brut La Française, from the B-T-G selection: 11 sparkling wines total. These selections were lovely, and were certainly going to be better than the Spumante sparkler on our UA flights back home. We were having so much fun, that we split a glass of the Moët et Chandon Rosé Imperial, before leaving. While the name is “Bubbles,” they do have about 16 still wines available, though I will admit that many are what I deem “the usual suspects.” OK, but few that are exciting, besides the Matanzas Creek Sauvignon Blanc, and the Château Mont-Redon Châteauneuf Du Pape. The venue is bright, and very accommodating, in a modern way, and our service was very good, and friendly. On our next visit, we plan to try their seafood.
Awesome! Love the new terminal shops, eateries and bar. Fabulous restrooms. Security a breeze.
