Awesome experience. Owner was extremely kind and helpful. We found the brand at a local sandwich shop and loved it so much to look into coming here. It was amazing!! Exceeded expectations. Great setting and unique way to try an amazing drink. Extremely fair priced and amazing atmosphere. Would recommend everyone to come here!

Very good kombucha
Went here on Wednesday at 5 pm, it said it was open but when we went inside all the lights were off and there was some guy who said he was in a meeting and he doesn't work there. Please update the hours bucca 🙏

I was never really into kombucha, but I was gifted some Bücha and wow, I was coverted. The tasting room is a nice place to hang for a couple hours while enjoying the fresh fruit flavors that the different brwws they create hold. It's a great beverage, i really like the strawberry, and the vibe is on point. Will be back whenever I'm in the Miramar area.
I have never in my life had a drink so refreshing and tasty! You can taste the natural ingredients. None of the other big brand kombuchas compare to Bücha at all. The brewery is a really fun place to hang out and sample all the tasty brews!

Great new hard kombucha brewery. The tasting room has chill vibes. The kombucha here uses whole organic fruit sourced from California, no purees or concentrate. I like how the fruit flavors are more prominent and that it isn't too sweet as well. My favorite kombucha that I have tried.
The tasting room opened in the last month or so and has limited hours, so check those before coming out.
You can do a flight of tasters or get a glass of kombucha or hard cider. They sell cans to go too.
Plenty of parking available, it's in an industrial complex.
Hands down the best hard kombucha I've ever had! The tasting room cozy and beautiful.
