Huge shoutout to Somani and Christian for making things right! My order got messed up and had to come back to the store for the second half of it. Nobody else seemed to want to help me out but Christian and Somani made sure I was taken care of. 2 star experience overall but 5 stars for them.

I got a reward for 6 free wings for my birthday. So, I ordered 6 bone-in wings with a lemon pepper dry rub from the Buffalo Wild Wings on Midway Dr., to go. They were the worst wings I've ever had. They were so dry, I couldn't even chew parts of them. They seemed like they were cooked a couple hours before and they just gave me whatever it was laying around. They weren't even warm. Thankfully, I didn't pay for these or else I would have been really pissed off. I would have driven back to the restaurant, asked for the manager, and asked them if they would eat the wings that I was served. Shame on them for serving this garbage. The worst wing ever!

3615 Midway Drive location. I had a really great time watching the Tigers, Mariners game 5 tonight at the bar. The bartender (did not get his name) was incredibly professional and very cool and personable. Excellent service and appreciated the conversation during the game. Had a great time. Thank you!

I ordered some traditional wings and I asked to have them extra crispy with spicy garlic sauce , so when they brought out my food , they made them super saucy to the point I wasn’t able to eat them at all they do this to hide the quality of the wings , I guess they do what they want , second time this happens

Wings so overcooked they are crunch louder than the carrots and barely any sause on them. Service was ok but the bathroom was a disaster area. Worst B dub experience ever.

Horrible wings. So severely overcooked it's like jerky. Inedible. I complained, got 10 free wings, even worse than the 1st order. Super overcooked until no moisture is left. Chewy and hard like a boot. Inedible. *Update 9/11/25 *. I filled out the form,got 10 free wings which were worse than the 1st order. I don't want more terrible food. I want my money back for my original order. $20

Terrible service, low staff, and the wait time for my to go food was 50 mins! Was told 15- 20 mins. Saw people who sat down after I got there get their food way before me.
CHANDLER! CHANDLER! CHANDLER! Chandler was an absolute dream. This was the best service I’ve had at this location and any other sports bar. It was extremely busy for the first Thursday Night Football of the NFL Season, but Chandler still made the visit great. This was the only place in the area with YouTube available to watch the game. We tried the new PICK 6 and this is great for 2 people or one person wanting leftovers. The big screen is not the best quality but the smaller televisions are better. The happy hour margaritas were tasty and so was the strawberry lemonade on the PICK 6 menu. We ordered happy hour shots and I poured my shot into the lemonade. Cons: The toilet in the large women's restroom was leaking, causing a puddle on the floor next to the toilet. The Philly cheese steak seems to be assembled in a rush and a little bit of the end was burnt.

First of all, they were worried more about the homeless man than they worry about the customer but anyway, I had perfect service by Joseph when I finally got a server it was an excellent customer service the Smashburger that I had had lots of flavor I like the fresh cut fries were very seasoned. I was surprised by the flavors that the chicken tenders had they were juicy and pack with flavor. Also cheese curds. I enjoyed them, but they need to pay more attention to the outside patio on game day.

Got there. Bartender lady sat us immediately. Bartender was on something. Nice enough lady though and kept our soda glasses filled. Waited over 50 minutes for food to show. Nothing showed. People that arrived after us got their food. Nachos and a dessert. Other guy who also ordered a sampler had someone ask if he got it. No one asked us. He told the guy he did not and they were saying they still got to put in the pretzel. He had been there for about 30 mins. We figured our food was lost to the ages and decided to go to Wendy's.
