Buffalo Wild Wings

Lots of TVs so you can usually find a game you're interested in. After being open a few months they still can't figure out the service. Long waits for a table when half the restaurant is open, slow service, and mistakes on orders seem common. The food is basically McDonald's for bar and grills... highly overpriced for the lowest possible quality.

Come if you only want to wait for at least one hour when they have 10+ empty tables. Could have gone to escondido one and came back here already jesus

Placed an order for a pick up 30 minutes ahead of time, The online kiosk actually makes u choose a pickup time too. Still had to wait 15 mins for my order after the designated pick up time, I don't mind waiting for food but just seems like they shouldn't make u wait after making u choose a pickup time, let alone 30 mins after placing the order.

Also called to place the order and they said I had to place the order online?

Overall awful service lol, but idk what I expected from a chain

I was seated quickly on what seems like an average flow of customers but once seated never had my order taken. After being seated I was there for 30 plus minutes and was never approached to have my order let alone my drink order taken. Extremely poor service!

It was the driest chicken I’ve ever had from any BWW. An occasional dry chicken wing sure, but the whole thing is crazy. Next time just give me sand with sauce on it.

Overall this place is deserves a zero. It is unbelievable to me how long you have to wait for a pick up order. I ordered a door dash order and my driver had to wait an hour to pick it up. They kept telling them 15 to 20 more minutes each time they asked how much longer. The wait in person is anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour any given night. To pick up my own order it can be upwards to an hour and a half. The food is not worth the wait at any point. The management team has zero care on who you are or when your order was placed. They treat everyone as if they are lower than they are and take zero care in complaints. I cannot believe how this place is open to begin with and stays open. Someone needs to check on the management team and get them to understand that money coming in from customers means customer service otherwise they will be closed soon because people will nor want to come to this establishment. My door dasher was treated like a fart and waives away when a complaint was given and told they need to handle their own problems not them. When it was the establishment that held my order for so long. Absolutely disgusting 🫣

I was there last Monday October 21st around 8pm, Was by myself . Hostess was at least polite and nice, She told me there would at least a 20 minute wait for a table or there are empty seats at the bar. Sat down at the bar…. Waited and Waited, Was there for over an hour watching the game, No one offered me a menu or if i needed a drink, Food. Nothing. Was not acknowledged by the bartender at all. Didn’t get his name, African American Guy, Maybe in his 30’s(age) , He did look very busy. So basically was starving and thirsty. There was an unruly guy giving the bartender a hard time, Another Patron/ Customer tried to step in and defend the Bartender, However, He Escalated the situation and made it worse, With Threats of Violence if the guy didn’t behave, Before long they were Squaring off on each other in the restaurant, Which the staff should have stepped in then. The unruly guy was asked to leave, The other patron and his two friends followed him outside and started beating this guy to the ground ( Who was probably 60+ years old, The staff and manager went outside and separated them and the police came. Just think the staff could have done more before the situation turned bad . Only my perspective as a witness.

First time dining in at the new location and our experience echoed other reviews. Bartender was nice but only one person behind the bar on a Saturday night is a little crazy! Another guy showed up at 6 but it was already crowded. It seems like to go/doordash/uber eats etc is prioritized by the kitchen because it took an hour for us to get our food and we kept seeing them push out to go orders in the kitchen. The bartender was apologetic but they really should be discounting or comping food if it’s that late. At the very least turn 3d party ordering off during busy times but I’m sure they make a ton of money through those orders.

Also I know it’s the world series but do we really need it on all the TVs?! This is San Diego not LA. Really was wanting to watch college football and they had no nba on either.

Lastly, would be great if the QR system worked so we could order and pay on the phone. Kept trying and it didn’t work.

My order was taken by a nice lady but the kitchen is lacking they took 50mins to a hour for jus a order of 10 wings this was my first time ever trying B dubs expecting it to be a amazing experience but no never going to come here again food was alright but not worth the wait even my waiter told me she was sorry for the long wait that she doesn’t even know why they take they sweet time

Went there yesterday for lunch and let me tell ya. Had the best customer service!!! Shout out to all but who I had mainly taking care of us was JP. What a great person he is. Looking forward to being back. Not only did I have lunch there. Later on on the same day I called in an order to go with who I believe her name is Madeline and was also perfect. I will be back 1000 times over due to this perfect service and quality of food. Thank you B Dubs Team you all are great in my book!!!!! See you soon!!!!!

I have never been to Buffalo Wild Wings before, so this was my first experience. As someone who had high expectations and had heard excellent reviews, I was deeply, deeply disappointed. If I could give a negative rating, this would be getting -5 stars. For starters, upon arriving I was told it would be a 30 min wait and there was plenty of empty tables ready. Then I had ordered drinks, and asked for a water to go with my beer maybe 7 separate times before it was finally brought out. For time stamp purposes, I received my water maybe 5 min prior to asking for the check. Throughout my dining experience I had asked for refills on drinks, utensils and all that SEVERAL times before it had been brought out. Things I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO ASK FOR. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever received, and on top of that the food was not even close to meeting expectations at all. My party of 3 received our food all at separate times causing the food that was already served to get cold before getting to eat. I failed to mention, I needed to scan a QR code to pay for my meal. When scanning the code, I had noticed I was charged extra for a side of ranch, as well as food that was advertised as apart of their “pick 6 for $19.99” deal. No where did it mention certain food items would be an additional charge, nor did the server mention at any time it was an extra charge. When bringing this up to the manager, no where did she give any type of apology for the horrible experience we received, nor did she even offer an incentive for us to come back. If I can help even one person from having the same type of experience, that is a win in my book. I hope this was just a location issue, and not all Buffalo Wild Wings locations provide this same level of service.

The service was spectacular. The Indian dude was perfect. Not once was my drink ever empty. He was always making sure my family was taken care of. The food was good, but I will say that it’s not as good as wings and things down the street.

I recommend the Parmesan wings!!

Vegetarian options: They have cauliflower “wings”
