I took almost 25 minutes to get two burgers. Happen to be pretty cold out and they have heaters on their decks without propane. Burger was fair. Surprising because Rubicon deli who owns this place is actually super delicious and great service.

Never come here. I ordered a burger and they forgot to put the meat. I asked for them to fix it and it took them 3 tries for them to make it correct. The food is cold and it’s very dirty inside and as soon as I come in they lady hits with a “there’s tables over there so just go get that one” like lady did the last person here make you angry because she’s acting like a 20 year old girl who is forced to work here. The walls are dirty and I found a small piece of lettuce that I didn’t ask for. I had to wait 10 minutes for a table because the lady lied and just said that so I could hurry up and go get out of the entrance. The door has random ketchup stains on it. Fingerprints on the tables that are very clear to see!!! The staff is extremely rude and need to fix their attitude. I should have went to my local McDonald’s which is rated 1.6 and has better service then this junk Burger Deck. They put too much salt on the fries it overflows all of them the food looks like they just plaster too much salt and oil onto the food thinking they’ll get away with it. You can see salt on the fries clearly covering the whole thing that I could barely eat it. It smells like a meat market like raw meat inside of the Burger Deck. I saw a cocoa roach near the entrance like it’s been there for days and they never clean up the inside or outside of this place. It’s ALWAYS like this. Never come here you’ll loose your appetite.

I’ve been here several times and it never disappoints! The smash burgers are always flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Not greasy and heavy. The fries and onion rings are just as delicious—crispy, golden, and the perfect sides to go with the burgers. My 5 year old loves the burgers too. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit even better. I also really enjoy the cute outdoor seating area; it’s such a nice spot to relax and enjoy the food. One of my go-to places for burgers.
