Sometimes I think about the one and only time I came here and I get so disgusted at my experience. I came in one day awhile back and when I walked inside the first thing I noticed was how unkept the place was. Everything looked unmaintained. I should have left right then… but I guess my hunger got the best of me in this moment… I continued to the line hoping for the best.When I got to the counter to order, I was able to get a good look at how dirty and rundown everything behind the counter looked but tried to give benefit of the doubt that maybe they were just busy this day? After I ordered, some random young kids came through the kitchen from the back. They seemed very familiar with the place and like they had been coming here frequently as part of their after-school routine. I watched one of the kids swing their school backpack onto the counter and push it around while they were taking stuff out. This was the same counter they served my food onto moments later without sanitizing the area. VERY unsanitary and honestly just gross. I truly understand not having child care on days like this - BUT allowing your kids to put their PERSONAL school items on the serving areas without a care in the world??? who knows how many times they had done this. And where on earth those backpacks had been. Most likely on the school bathroom floor at some point? ew. I ended up throwing my food away and not eating it because of how gross I found the whole situation. Please don’t eat here as it’s clear they don’t care about proper sanitation of areas, cleanliness, or common sense.

Staff really do the effort to keep the Restaurant neat , but is a lot of people out and in some stay for longer period of time but what matter and I highly respect is the Custumer service !Serve and treat people equally!well Burger King ? been for awhile and is a great taste & always deals .

Normally, I would say there are good deals to be had, like the Wednesday Whopper or Impossible Whopper for $3 or the once a week free any size fries with other purchase (only available with the app). But I just tried the Po's Panda Sundae, and it wasn't anything like the picture. First, it took up only half the container, and the cookie topping was about 1/4 of a teaspoons worth of miniscule crumbs or 2 bites including the soft serve part and not much more of the chocolate syrup. My advice is to save 70 cents and get the soft serve cup because they definitely don't put 70 cents worth of toppings on it. Better yet, get the Hershey's Pie, which is actually worth the price, by size and flavor.Vegetarian options: Impossible Burger and soft serve or pie.Kid-friendliness: Kids mealsWheelchair accessibility: No stairs

Still King ? on the breakfast game for the price. The service was friendly and courteous. My order was fresh and delicious. This is an “ok” location with plenty of Characters hanging inside and out. No restrooms which makes it difficult to eat at this location. You can’t wash your hands??? Consider this when coming here. I definitely recommend taking it to go. Definitely coming back with plenty of sanitizer.

The food is good and they always have good deals they just need to clean up the restaurant more and get rid of the homeless sleeping in front of it and during my visit they did not stop the homeless from hanging out inside and bother patrons. There was no security present and it was an unpleasant experience all round.
They truly go above and beyond the call of duty.Not only did they make sure my order was hot and fresh and correct. But I left my phone in the lobby and one of the employees chased me down the street to make sure I got it back. I absolutely would recommend this downtown Burger King!!!????????????Definitely all kings and queens !!!!!!

I confess that I love Burger King, and the fact of being from Brazil and we have good paladar for food and steak, for me in America, it’s the best choice for fast food, cause I don’t feel “sick” after. This unit in San Diego in special, got my attention. Especially the team from Saturday, around 8:36pm. Great atmosphere and energy and the burger was the best that I ever had. Better than gourmet. The guy who cooked its blessed. And the attendance, that took my order, was very polite, helpful and fun. Thank you team San Diego near downtown. Good job!
