They mess up on a lot of delivery orders and I think it depends on who is working the food is not always hot and you can tell it was made sloppily. I have have seen undercooked meat and have had a cold burger once . I would suggest not doing delivery orders

Every Burger King that I have visited seems to only be good at food that is made to order. When you order things like fries, burgers they are without any changes, and things like chicken fries, everything is always subpar and cold. If you want a whopper, order it without tomatoes for example, it will then be made fresh. This location runs the same way. If you order the item without any changes, it will taste cold, and old. BK shines when your food is made fresh. It fails when it's not.

The person running the register was unprofessional and was very rude time was 11:32 on 29th also the register was left with no. On it for some time the staff also started arguing with each other

We went Tuesday evening to this location for dinner. My husband ordered a whooper, fries & a soda. I ordered a chicken sandwich, fries & a soda. We Also ordered 4 tacos to take home. We waited a Very long time to be served. It wasn't because the place was full. There were cars at the drive up but there was Only one other person in the restaurant. Well we Never got to eat the tacos because we spent the night in emergency because my husband got food poisoning. It had to be from the burger. I hope if Anyone else got sick they report it. This was no fun & cost A lot of money & pain. Needless to say we won't be going back

This Burger king is usually good . But lately the smell when you walk in is so overwhelming that you don’t even want to eat there. It smells like rotten eggs. It’s disgusting. I’m going to have to find a different Burger king Until they get that smell under control.

Typical BK, but the manager felt compelled to interrupt my order, cutting off a very nice woman. Talking over her and rather impatient with me, I have to say, it's worth driving by to another spot. I left the place feeling like I was in trouble.

I only get the nuggets at Burger King because of the price. Otherwise, I would go to Wendy's or Jack in the box, they both have better tasting nuggets.

Trevor was holding down the fort!! He not only answered the phone on the first ring before we arrived, but also was ringing us up while taking orders through the drive through!! We got our order, exactly how we asked it for in a matter of 4 minutes! This BK has a good / friendly team for sure!
This place smells bad and I would give the benefit of the doubt but it's been a month if not longer and it still smells the same way. The customer service is bad. The food quality is bad you can taste that the grease needs to be changed and that the food has been sitting out for a while just a really bad experience.I won't be returning to this location I understand that fast food has a certain quality to it but this is really poor quality I'm very disappointed I feel like I wasted my money here

This location has an added factor that most don't see when visiting a fast food franchise. If I would have grabbed my food and left like most I would have missed it as well. The location has a manager named Mike that adds an element to the restaurant that is hard to find. While I was dining Mike reached out to each of his staff on a personalized level that was received as general interest in each of their daily lives. One gentleman he inquired about the college course he was struggling in. Another team member he asked how his child was doing in their dance activities- the one that made me realize this guy was unique was with a single working mother that you could tell appreciated her job. It was just before the lunch rush and Mike approached the worker and told her she should take her break to go check on her children since their was no classes today, and make sure everything was ok at home for her minds well being. The look on her face you could tell she appreciated the job she had and the manager who appreciates what she values most.
