Not their fault, but way too many homeless people right around there bugging you. No manager on duty to be able to help out. Only two employees, neither of whom were working. We tried to get the deal of the day from the email we just received today and she wouldn’t allow us saying the deal ended at five. There was nothing anywhere in the email that Said that it was happy hour or that there was a certain time During which you could get the special. We left, then looked at the email, realized that she was wrong went back and she still refused. Said we had to call and talk to the manager tomorrow there was nothing she could do. A huge disappointment considering we drove way out of our way to go here. Thanks for nothing

We went in hoping to enjoy a meal and the first thing the person at the counter said was it will be to go only. I figured ok they must be almost closing which is fine. Come to find out the closing time said 930pm on the website and we were there right about 815pm. This left a bunch of questions in our mind which of course soured our experience. I’m sure there was a special reason to this but I didn’t expect that to happen.tue lady was nice though at least as she offered us water while we wait.

The burgers were scrumptious, I loved them, both the taste and smell, including the customer service representative working the register, the burger chef in the kitchen, and the guy waiting to start his shift who was just kind of sitting there staring at us and gritting his teeth. I literally have no idea what he was all about. But he seemed ready to stay on top of it, so I wouldn't doubt the true nature of his spirit or the time it takes to get there. Hillcrest is awesome so you really must come have a yummy beef pattie sandwich. Follow that up with a frosty-cold shake teeming with dessert vibes and postprandial satisfaction.
Vegetarian options: I had the pattie built from the shredded remains of a former cattle. They also serve patties built from substances other than mammals.
Parking: It's not easy. Stay vigilant. Be willing to walk a few blocks. Carry something lightweight that you can swing really fast in case you need to defend yourself. Wrap your purse straps through your belt loops and tie them in a knot using techniques you learned at your last nautical class.
Kid-friendliness: This ain't McDonald's, but the little geezers might like it anyway.

I was a big Burger Lounge fan! As someone with a lot of food issues, Crohn's Disease, this place has always been a safe place to eat. Not anymore! I was there today June 21 around 3:30. I gave my order at the front, which is a little un conventional, im allergic to bread and lettuce so I just asked for a turkey burger with no cheese, no bread, and no lettuce. The person taking my order immediately walked over to another worker, whispered in her ear, and then they both looked at me and started laughing and whispering while looking directly at me, and I heard them talking about my order. I approached saying I have allergies to gluten, dairy, and lettuce and thats why my order is weird. They laughed again and continued whispering. Made me feel stupid, small, and belittled. They brought out a beef burger but Im allergic to beef! My friend went back inside and reorderd for me and reminded them: no cheese, no bread, no lettuce, turkey burger. A new staff member brought me a turkey burger with cheese. When I expaliend that I cannot eat cheese, this staff member was MEAN. Her response was "well I guess you didnt tell the people up front then." and then rolled her eyes. We explained that we did tell them, and this was the 2nd time the order was wrong. She grabbed it angirly from me and walked to the door. She started RAISING HER VOICE LOUD at us that we msut have not said no cheese. Then she states the manager would come and talk to us. Manager never showed. They BROUGH the right food and we left. I did NOT feel comfy speaking to a manager considering how RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL all the other staff members were.

We love Burger Lounge!And found this one in Hillcrest on our way to Old Town.My husband and I and our kids walked up,and the big guy upfront at the cash register with blonde hair immediately glared at us.Not even cracked a smile or said hi, can I take your order—nothing. Just the worst attitude ever like he was pissed at us…The vibes from him were really indifferent, and really unfriendly.We placed over an $80 order and a tip.He just walked off. No thank you or smile.But when the next customer walked up by himself—the cashier guy acted super friendly and quickly connected with him. Laughing, cussing, and chatting it up.We were confused at what was happening… We felt like the most passive aggressive service ever… And had to eat in front of the guy..Meanwhile the food was great!And the girl that brought us the food—should be your front cashier person. She was thoughtful, kind, and very sweet.Get that blonde guy off the cash register.I have never left a bad review…But that dude was over the top indifferent and rude to my family—my kids said that.

We had a wonderful time at the Burger Lounge. ? All the food we ordered was delicious. My Burger was excellent and juicy... satisfying and my stomach was not big enough.. lolOnion rings and fries were on point.. crispy and juicy.? I know.. unbelievable. but it's true.The staff was friendly and happy. They really seemed to be happy working there.I know.. unusual. but it's true.Washed it all down with a nice dry red wine.This is the "Ryans Bros" of the Burger world. Yeah....???❤️??

Absolutely awesome dining in or out. Service is always top notch and cashiers/servers are soooooo attentive, helpful, kind, generous, friendly. We decided to have dinner in the store one night vs. ordering take out and were blown away with everything. At the end of our meal, the cashier (who also happened to be the only one out there, was also prepping all the to-go orders, helping pickup order customers, taking orders in store, serving all the diners in store, and basically keeping the front of house running) stopped by our table with a box of cupcakes and offered us dessert on the house. It was just so surprising and sweet. I’ve always found Burger Lounge food to be good but now having dined IN, overall it has bumped up everything to “Great!”
Vegetarian options: They have a wonderful turkey burger and turkey burger salad. As well as a few fish and chicken sandwich options with breaded or grilled prep options.
