The name promises a little swagger, but what you get is more “casual pit stop” than burger enlightenment. Service is on point—fast, no fuss, and friendly enough. The burgers themselves? Decent, satisfying in the moment, but nothing that sticks in your memory past the walk back to the car.
If you’re wandering Little Italy and suddenly decide you need a burger fix, it’ll do the job. Think of it as comfort food with training wheels—solid, familiar, and easy to like, but not really pushing the boundaries. Good in a pinch, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a lounge-worthy experience.

I stopped by Burger Lounge on a weeknight for dinner and tried their burger and fries but got it to go. Service was poor, I ended up waiting in the restaurant for about 25 minutes after ordering. There were only a few other parties in the restaurant and my to go order apparently sat in the kitchen for ~15 minutes of my wait. The food was good, but cold, I’m sure if it hadn’t been sitting for long it would be better but I can only judge based on my experience, underwhelming to say the least.

Had my order stolen from them, I tried calling multiple times to get a resolution, zero answers, zero people answering phones. They even hung up the phone to ensure no one could call back. Horrible service. Anytime I have ordered from this location, it has been the absolute slowest and longest wait.
Loves the food, impressed by the quality, and Alejandro made it a special experience! We come again!

I love burger lounge. However, when I came in to this location, a young lady helped me out with an attitude. She was kicking chairs and honestly, not pleasant. She asked me if I was here to pick up or placing an order. I work in the same industry and a little smile goes a long way. Maybe she was having a bad day, I’ll give her that, but it’s work and it’s all about customer service. I’ll still come by here but I hope she can change her attitude while working. Thank you.
