I absolutely love this location! They always make the food exactly how you want it and they go above and beyond to be incredibly thoughtful and kind. I never have to worry about my burger being made incorrectly and the environment is very comfortable. I like that they don’t play the music really loud like other locations do. It’s nice to have a calm environment when you’re eating your food. This is the best Burger Lounge location in San Diego County.

Ordered a substitute veg patty for the original beef patty and they upcharged me. This is the first time I come across such robbery. They apparently upcharge for any other patty on the menu. This is not a substitution but an upgrade. Wish they told me about it upfront. Common sense is hardly common ?

Great customer services . Restaurant was clean. As for the food ... Not sure if grass fed hamburger meet is supposed to be so dry., But the beef patties in our hamburgers burgers were not juicy at all. Almost like they were overcooked. Also had no true flavor. It almost felt like I was eating veggie burger ? . Onion rings were soggy.

Awfully slow service. After waiting 15 minutes, they could not even finish 1 order in front of me, imagine waiting for the food after that. Ruined my dinner experience, walked out and went to Chick-fil-A where they finished the 2 chicken sandwiches in less than a minute and it was much tastier too. Unless you have all day to get an expensive burger and deal with ignorant service and customers, just stay away from this place. Obviously they don’t care about all customers . Unacceptable that you get nothing but a bad experience after 15 minute wait.
