The service was good. The restaurant was clean. However, it was freezing with the doors closed on a cold night. The food was mediocre and few other minor things. Will I return to this location?? Not anytime soon. The Carlsbad location is much better in my opinion.

I love Burger Lounge, as does my family! I'm gluten free and dairy free and love that I can order a burger here! It's so delicious! The atmospher is nice and the staff is always wonderful. The salads, fries and shakes are also wonderful. I highly recommend Burger Lounge!

I love a good and simple burger, and Burger Lounge hits the spot when my kids need to get a break from home cooked food. It's my go-to when I want a high-quality burger.
I usually get just the classic Lounge Burger and always grab an order of those onion rings--they are crunchy and thick, not those sad, stringy ones.
The place is bright and modern. It feels slightly upscale for a burger joint, which is nice. It's usually busy with families and high school kids, which is amazing community feeling They also have great beer.

We stopped by for lunch with my Mom who was wearing a sash for her 94th birthday! The staff all wished her a happy birthday and presented her with a shake! Food was great, but the service was awesome!

We stopped by The Burger Lounge in Paseo Del Sur for takeout last night. The Burger Lounge is a fast casual American restaurant specializing in grass fed, grass-finished beef. The cashier greeted us warmly and we took advantage of a 25% off special, which made the burgers more affordable.
The California lounge burger was topped with smoked bacon, fresh avocado, lettuce, tomato, and pickles with a slice of cheddar and sauce. The burger was a great portion size and the variety of flavors and textures went well together.
The Truffle mushroom Swiss burger was topped with a truffle aioli, a layer of fresh arugula, and crispy onions. The rich truffle mushroom flavor was prominent with the creamy Swiss cheese. The flavor was a bit one dimensional for my taste, so I’d try another burger or fresh salad next time.
The half and half onion rings and fries came in a huge stack! The onion rings were crisp and the fries were a nice bite.
The interior of the restaurant was clean, bright, and family friendly with plenty of seating for kids and groups. Overall, The Burger Lounge is a nice, fast casual spot and a solid choice for a tasty meal.

Tasty burgers, but a bit on the expensive side. Very nice, friendly servers (2), but that was insufficient for the workload. Long lines at the counter and waiting for take our, leaving no one to tidy up the dining area - a lot more work than workers. Maybe thing run more smoothly at other times.
I am changing my review from 1 to 5 stars, because the guys have started to work more responsibly.

came her Sunday 7/20 at 8pm. one of the workers (white guy, dirty blonde hair) was extremely rude and aggressive. as soon as we started ordering he had a bad attitude, looked at the ceiling and was rolling his eyes the entire time. he had a nasty tone the entire time, i asked for a milk shake and he nastily replied with “well its gonna take a minute because i have to hand prep everything” and he was also slamming stuff. when he gave us the number for the table he slammed it onto the counter and continued slamming everything when he was making the milkshakes. the food is good and the rest of the people were friendly, but this dude just seemed so miserable. people like that shouldn’t work in customer service
