good grief. gave grubhub driver wrong order. when i called to make sure they re-made my food so it wasn't cold, the 'manager' acted like i was interfering in something that was not my concern. very condescending and snotty. i hate trying a new place and getting a bad vibe right off the bat. even if the food's good, i'm unlikely to use them again. unless you're the soup n*** you probably shouldn't be brusque with customers. treatment does, in fact, matter.

First time ordering here tonight. Placed my order online for pickup. Ordering was easy and user friendly. I liked receiving updates on my order by text. Once I arrived & parked, a staff member quickly came out to ask my name. My order arrived shortly afterwards. We liked the Garbage Fries. My hubby loved the spiciness of the Nashville Burger, and opted to add bacon & cheese. I tried the burger Singing the Blues, with added cheddar cheese, & omitted the lettuce. I was a little confused with my Singing the Blues burger as sliced raw onion was added which I did not ask for, and there was no Gorgonzola cheese at all. I expected Gorgonzola cheese which is supposed to come on this burger, and a slice of cheddar cheese for which I paid extra. Maybe they thought I wanted a cheese substitution? My Singing the Blues had two nice slices of tomato, and tasty caramelized onions. Despite the snafu, both the fries & burgers were very good & we will order from here again.

The burger was tasty and juicy. The fries lacked toppings and were plain. The beet salad was more salad than beets, making it extra disappointing. Our order also took 45 minutes and while they apologized, the food wasn't nearly good enough to make up for it. Even with better service, the food is still underwhelming. I had high hopes since Terra is a good restaurant, but this falls short.

Tried out Burgers & Bowls last night for my bday dinner. This is the new brand created by Chef Jeff Rossman from Terra American Bistro. It's a lean quick menu and ordering experience with Terra's high-quality recipes designed for take-out and delivery. We got 3 of the burgers and they were all fantastic! High-grade beef, buns that didn't get soggy, and excellent ingredients. The garlic fries were the best I've ever had. (They also have truffle fries.) Next time we'll order bowls. Can't wait to try their Grandma's Brisket bowl!
