This has been my go to place for burritos for many years ... It's time to find a new place. I always get their surf and cali burrito w a drink but theyve made some changes. They removed the drink from the order and the price is almost $20 for the burrito alone. Unbelievable... There's plenty of other places around.

This place is a block from my house, but NEVER AGAIN! They consistently get orders wrong, overcharge, leave out items, and even lost my credit card once. They did apologize on finding it after insisting they'd returned it to me already.

Last straw was when I spent over $15 for a burrito that the menu said came with a drink. They said no drink anymore. After pointing out what the menu said, I didn't care to argue further. I just won't go there again. If you do, doublecheck EVERYTHING!

Dog hair found in my burrito, plus the meat in burrito was cold. Just a terrible experience for way too much money. Price does not equal quality unfortunately.

This place is getting worse every day, today February 24 at 9.05am I bought a California burrito Oague double cream and they didn't put anything in it, it could be a lack of communication between the cashier and the cook oh they are not focused on what they are doing, this has happened several times already, they must improve their service, it is not free

All I can say is their workers are the rudest people I have ever encountered. As soon as I get to the drive through they said to me and my partner "I need you guys to be quick I have another car behind you" that was the workers first sentence came out his mouth. I literally just drove off unbelievable you need to have the order ready the second you get there. Please re train your workers !!!

Prices on the menu are not accurate. You order something and it comes out to be alot more than advertised. Food was average.

Was coming often until they overcharged me 3 times and messed up the order 3 times. My fault i did not check food or receipts. Not going back. Food is whatever it was just convenient.

We came to order 2 of the 5 rolled tacos and the charged us for tj street tacos and they couldn’t understand or comprehend that we wanted the rolled tacos. Won’t be coming back.

My wife and I were looking up taco/burrito spots in the area because we were craving mexican food. We came across this place on google and decided to experiment with a new place, even though it had low ratings. We wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, so we ordered one quesabirria taco, one cali burrito and a sprite can, since they ran out of sprite on fountain. Waited a long-time to get the food and even asked another gentlemen if he likes this place and he said, he only ordered his cubano sandwiches and they tend to always mess up his order, so it wasnt looking very optimistic from the start.. when we got our food, i checked it outside before walking away and seemed fine. When we got home to eat the food, her birria meat tasted bland, no flavor (we make better birria at home), the whole cali burrito was dry as heck, the meat was dehydrated like either they left the meat on a warmer too long or over-cooked it, not really sure tbh, and the fries were bland and overall lacked any flavor. Both were very disappointing. We would give ZERO stars if we could. As I've grown up in San Diego, and left for a few years, i was hoping to have good food, just not here. Stay away, unless you want sub-par mexican food. Thumbs down.

our order took very long. I ordered a quesabirria and my husband ordered a cali burrito, when we got home mind you we lived like 5-7 minutes away from this place, my quesabirria was soggy as if it was sitting for long; it was falling apart and messy. I was disappointed. My husband’s burrito was DRY like the Sahara Desert, meat wasn’t even cooked that well and the fries that was in the burrito tasted stale. food was disappointing, the customer service was not great. so if you’re looking to try a new taco spot don’t come here, it ain’t even worth your money.

This place is a rip off. They don't display prices and they are price gauging. 2 burritos and 3 tacos... more than forty bucks! (just the burritos & tacos no drinks or anything else) the food was not good and the tacos were cold. For forty bucks! That is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN. Fool me once... shame on you... fool me twice... shame on me. NEVER AGAIN. (update; after posting this review I noticed that other's have mentioned the same complaint in their reviews... So I reported this establishment to the attorney general for unfair consumer price gauging)
