I wanted an açaí bowl. I went in to look at which bowl I wanted, and got yelled at for taking a second to look at the menu. The service sucked. If you want business maybe have good customer service. I didn't even get to try the food, but I bet it was as bad as the service.

Poor atmosphere: the second you walk in you have a cámara stating you are being watched, a sign front a center says “if you show attitude service will be refused”, and the attitude of the server was very short. For a smoothing and ice latte it was $22! They were just okay tasting. I would not recommend

$42 for a tiny microwaved breakfast sandwich and a cold cabbage omelet is not worth it. flies were everywhere, and the menu was shady so you cant see the prices very well. we should've check the reviews before going, it was a scam for sure. if you want good food, go to the Mexican restaurants across the street from Belmont Park, those were wonderful.

This is the WORST!! I came with my kids and my littlest one was really wanting boba. I then proceeded to buy boba that was 16.50!!!!!! Too expensive with like 9 boba balls in it, the smoothie was good but overall the place was janky and disgusting. It was a small store and the sign was rude, it said “if you give attitude, then your order will not be accepted.” Don’t recommend. In response to the owner: I honestly hope the owner finds some optimism and peace, you’re living in a beautiful city and you seem healthy, which are such blessings. You deserve to feel joy, not spend your time being rude or bitter toward customers. With a kinder attitude and some patience, your business could really thrive because it’s in a great location. If customer service isn’t your strength, maybe let someone else handle it so you can focus on what you love. Life’s too short, grow old happy, not grumpy. I mean that with all sincerity, you are in my prayers 💗

My very first time going to this place and I have to say I would not recommend this place to anyone. Dude behind the counter was very rude he actually told us we can take our service elsewhere as we where looking at the menu. Place has a mold smell and not the cleanest.

My friend and I walked in to grab a sandwich for the beach but the menu had few fresh options and it seemed unsanitary. The woman came out, I assume to greet us, but we decided to try somewhere else so we politely said “we’re ok thank you”. To which she rudely yelled “yeah keep on walking!”
So I recommend you go anywhere else.

Food was ok, nothing special and very expensive for what u get. Soup says made daily, think it was Progresso with the square chicken. If I would have read the reviews 1st I probably would have found another place. Club sandwich $20, turkey paninni$ $16, soup $12 $48 total plus tax, they charged me $56 so guessing they added their own tip, that's not good business but now we know. Oh yeah sandwichs came with chips and salad (cabbage mix with Ceasars dressing, not good). As soon as u hit the door they tell u, u r being recorded!!!!

My daughter and I walked to Cafe 20/20 to pick up some acai bowls for the fam at the beach. Just a short walk and we were there. Its a small café, but the staff was so sweet and welcoming. We got two hawaiin bowls and 2 protein bowls. So delicious! Everything was super fresh, just cut, and the granola on top added the perfect crunch! She knew we had to carry them back to the beach, so she wrapped them in foil, and bagged them up for us. My Thai tea with Boba was superb! Fresh delicious boba! Would 100% recomend!
Went for a boba tea. Mine had double sugar and was wayyy too sweet and my boyfriends had no sugar at all. The place looked dirty and unkempt. I live right down the road and will not be going back. It also had this ridiculous alarm when you entered the store alerting you that you were on camera. No thanks.

Went here at 6:41 with me and my friends, we were all looking at the menu when the guy at the register told us he was closing in three seconds?? We immediately just decided to leave. What does closing in three seconds when it’s 6:41 even mean? What are these hours?
