I'm shocked this establishment even has 3 stars, -5 should be more like it. This business must definitely be a front for something else. Any 5 star review must be paid for by them. I have never been treated with such utter rudeness, disrespect, and unwillingness to serve me as a paying customer. I came in to purchase food, and while I was looking at the menu to try and decide what to eat, which is quite Normal. I was yelled at by the woman employee and called me a window shopper. Then she proceeded to say it was because I was Mexican, which is a racial slur. I'm still baffled at this experience, and I'm appalled at how you treat customers, and how you stay in business. Money laundering..... ??? Maybe? No business in their right mind, would try and push customers away while just trying to contemplate on what to order. Be cautious, or maybe try it for yourself, and receive the pure disrespect that I and MANY others have received.

Went in to grab a sandwich, never been, but I was walking home, and was craving a deli sandwich. While I was reading the menu, A woman behind the counter then points to a sign that says, “no window shoppers.” I, of course, was confused being that I have never been, I was unaware to what they had. Then she states, “O cause you’re Mexican,” which again confused me because I am not, and just a weird comment in general. Needless to say, based on the rude comments and service, I walked out. ODD VERY ODD

Honestly did not look sanitary at all. The decor was run down and the paint has been changed to an awful salmon color. Would never eat here, we ended up throwing the food out because of the sanitary conditions. Honestly I think the photos online are fake, the place looked nothing like this.

Worst place i have ever been too, absolutely disgusting. Their acai bowls have a nasty after taste absolutely gross. I asked for kindly if i could get a refund because i didn't eat it i bought two and asked if at least for one refund and they went into straight arguing and weren't polite. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Worst staff, and the acai tasted old refrigerated. Gross. Also they really said "we are top one acai sellers in san diego" which check the reviews... because that's a lieAbsolutely gross, there are way better places and your guys staff is rude and no empathy.

We purchased two açaí bowls. As soon as we tried the bowls we noticed a weird after taste. The açaí is poor quality tasted like old refrigerated frozen açaí. We went back to ask for a refund we literally took the bowls back they were mostly full because of how bad they tasted. As soon as we walked in the woman was immediately rude ready to argue with us and had no empathy towards what we had to say. The man also did not care for what we had to say. This place is so unprofessional I would not recommend this place! $30 for two nasty açaí bowls!!!!!!

Giving these stars cause I don't wanna be mean, but honestly I'd give less. I wanted a fresh pressed green organic juice Was walking by and asked if they made it fresh. He said yes I didn't hear a juicer or anything in the kitchen just added ice to a cup and gave it to me. I'm more upset at the fact the he lied about it and pretended he made it fresh after I ordered. Wouldn't come back.

Absolutely rude and worst place I have ever been too. And will not return. Paid $30 bucks for acai bowls that I did not eat because it tasted old and refrigerated açaí that has been kept for weeks. The staff is just rude... if you want to stay in business make sure to work on that staff because soon you will be out of buisness quick. Did not want to at least refund me for one açaí... I was so polite about it because I didn't want to be rude but the açaí was disgusting and they were just rude. He argued with my daughter and she is 15 years old. She was the one that spent her saved money and bought me and my god daughter a bowl. So sad how people can be so rude.

The best green smoothie I've had in my life was from this place! My family also had breakfast, and they loved it. I ordered the omelet, and it was soooo tasty and authentic. We visited from Phoenix and will definitely come back to this place for breakfast, bobas, and smoothies. The only "cons" i have to say is about the waiting time. There were only 2 people, so it took about 20 min to get our order of 4 breakfast and 4 drinks and also it was a little pricey but again it's because it's a local small business. I really recommend a little bit of patience & support this small business. ?

Update! We walked by today and looked in while waiting at the crosswalk and an alarm again went off. The female employee just laughed. Again, there were no customers. This place has got to be a front for something else because they sure don't like customers or ever have any.We don't really know how the food is. We happened by while deciding what to eat on vacation. We got yelled at by an automated voice telling us we are being recorded. We barely got to look at the menu before a man came out and said hi. I told him we were looking at the menu and he got mad, and said "Next time, look online first!" And slapped a countertop next to a sign that "No Window Shoppers Allowed Inside." So we left and then a loud alarm went off. I'm guessing had we looked online first at these reviews, we never would have stopped in.

No substitutes! They wouldn't trade Blueberry for banana. Not sure why. Every time you go in, this robotic voice says, "You are being recorded." It seems like they don't like customers. There's a higher rated spot nearby we'll try next time.

The drinks are super sugary and the sign "window shoppers are not allowed " was confusing. I will not return to this place.

First I'll admit, I did not try the food so if that is what is good here I wouldn't know, but their drinks are nothing to write home about. The thing that turned me off was the weird sign they had posted about window shopping. I mean, how do you window shop at a food place? Then, they had some recording about being recorded. Do they not know everyone has cameras? This is unnecessary, it just creeps people out.

Just get bad vibes. Can't see in the kitchen. Super suspicious. Also not a very welcoming place. I am highly uncomfortable with someone completely block it of to the point you cannot see the kitchen or someone making your drink. Will not return.
