It has been awhile since I have been here and it was always a light breakfast. This time I was craving savory crepes, a classic brunch or lunch dish that is rare to find on menus these days. Chicken crepes with bechamel, blue cheese, chicken, walnuts, and pear...sounds yummy, but no taste in that list melded with any other. Too heavy on the blue cheese, not enough bechamel, and the pears--with skin on--were tasteless and not quite ripe. Overall, just disappointing. Also had the French Onion soup, decent, but nothing to note. I have made better at home and I am no chef. For a dish that is rare on menus and in a "french cafe" restaurant, I was hoping for a lot better. Husband's coffee luke warm, sent back, and returned still not hot. Service was just ok. (You order at the counter and they bring the food to you.) No check back on how the meal was or eye contact when looking for where the restroom is. Overall, the experience was just mediocre. But the place is cute and their menu interesting, so I may try again, but it won't be soon.

The food and coffee was fantastic! This is a very popular and very crowded place. Not a big place so moving around and seating can be a challenge. There is outdoor seating which helps. Got the chicken panini which had a decent flavor profile with the slices of pear, but the size was pretty small for the price point. The main issue was how hot the inside of the restaurant was. Sat outside like 70% of the patrons even though it was a little cold out.

I emailed the store owner, as requested in the business's response here, and have not heard back in weeks. I think they just ask people who leave negative reviews to send an email so that it appears that the cafe is taking some action, when in fact they are not. This just further emphasizes their ineptitude as a business. I remain increasingly disappointed in the management here.

Lovely spot! Ample seating indoor and outdoor and wide variety of menu items for breakfast and lunch. I had the Madeline omelette, which was delicious! I loved the mushroom and brie together. There’s free WiFi. The service was very friendly. The entire experience was perfect from start to finish.

What a cute little café! I was looking for somewhere to have a rare day date lunch with my husband, and as soon as I saw French Café I knew this was where I wanted to go. We were not disappointed! We were helped quickly at the register, and our food arrived at our table in a timely manner. The staff we interacted with were pleasant. I ordered the brie panini, and my husband ordered the smoked salmon panini. Both came with dressed greens on the side, and we got a basket of truffle pommes frites to split. The paninis were delicious, and we ended up swapping halves with each other. The fries were perfect. Crispy, salty. We ended up ordering one of the gorgeous desserts before we left (a lemon mereingue tart). I can definitely see us coming back here. Merci, Café Madeleine!

Cafe Madeleine is a gem! I tried the Madeleine Omelette and Lavender Mint Latte, and they were both fantastic. The atmosphere is cozy, and the decorations add to the charm. Loved everything about this place! Can't wait to visit again someday.

Lovely food, amazing service and a cozy ambiance. I loved their system where you order at the counter, grab a number and find an open seat. Makes the hassle less troublesome this way. This place brought back memories of eating in Paris. Their coffee collection is unique and the food was also very tasty.

Great food!!! Found this place by accident cruising thru town. Food is fresh and made to order and the coffee drinks were so good!!! We had the simply breakfast which had gluten feee bread so good!!! Madeleine omelet was amazing and the service was great. We will be back!!!
