The coffee was really bitter and the food is expensive and not good. I got a California wrap and it has one thin slice of "chicken?" and lettuce. It was horrible and $12. The staff was also really standoffish and unkind.

I asked for an iced drink and received it hot. When I very kindly reminded the person (gender was unclear) I asked for it iced… they pored it into a cold cup and put two ice cubes in it. That did indeed not make it cold. So then I ended up stuck with a like warm foamy overpriced drink. Terrible experience and I used to love this place :(

It's a nice place to grab a bite to eat and relax between museum visits. The hotdog we ordered was huge. It was delicious! Device was fast and friendly as well. The atmosphere was busy and loud, but not unpleasant. I highly recommend!

The girl taking our order was rude and inconsiderate. She seemed annoyed when we were asking simple questions about the menu. After waiting a awful long time finally our sandwich came out and the bread wasn't even toasted. Then it was like they forgot about the rest of our order. After waiting at the counter for awhile I finally got someone's attention and got them to give me my drinks that were sitting on the counter behind them. Upon tasting them they weren't anything close to what I ordered....We just left because of the lack of care making our food and drinks there was no chance of getting any improvement!

Never again. Ordered chipotle chicken panini and not sure what I received was chicken . It was also very chaotic due to its location - just a shot out of the museum in the hallway but also the parks public bathrooms and the street performers echo.

I didn't know what to expect and had just casual expectations but this simple bagel sandwich really knocked it out of the park for me and I WILL be back for it again!Toasted bagel with cream cheese, pesto, and tomato. Seems simple but it's just so good. Next time I might add bacon or add this pesto sauce to another sandwich. So yummy!

The young lady, who took our order was not friendly at all and had a lackluster personality. I initially ordered the chicken salad sandwich to which the young lady said they were out. I opted for the egg salad instead and grabbed a ready made chicken Caesar wrap for my hubby, a cheeseburger for our son, 2 chips, water, and a can of Pepsi, which all came out to $51.00! Definitely not worth the price but we were hungry and we're paying more for convenience than anything. Food was okay. It's highly unlikely we'll return ever.

Me and my girlfriend had lunch at this place expecting it would be better than other restaurants around, but we were severely disappointed. I got the burger which was very soggy and low power and low quality. My girlfriend got the California wrap when she open the box to eat her food, the chicken it it was wet and white and disgusting. It looked like it was rubber. The food was very expensive, especially considering the quality.We were very disappointed and do not recommend going there.
