The ambience, the staff (Juan our waiter) and the food were all amazing! We were celebrating my daughter's birthday and we started with garlic & cheese bread, fried calamari and stuffed mushrooms. The waiter, Juan was very professional and his quality of service was impeccable. I had the Bella Luna shrimp w/ pasta and everything was cooked to perfection! Service was fairly fast and definitely worth the wait. Location is very convenient and easy to find. There's indoor and outdoor seating. The prices were very reasonable and we're going back again! A great family owned business!
We've been here twice, and both times were terrible overall. I really wanted to like this place. The staff are genuinely nice people, but they don't seem well trained, and the owner (I think she's the owner) felt a bit lost in the chaos. The place barely functions, and it doesn't seem like it's because of the team trying on the floor. We came in around 6 and they seemed a little disorganized from the start, although the guy we interacted with was super nice. The garlic bread was good, and the appetizer platter was fine. The pasta dishes were hit-or-miss. The Fra Diavola was good. The chicken piccata was barely passable, and the chicken parmigiana was decent. Dessert was also mixed. The tiramisu tasted previously frozen and store-bought. The chocolate mousse was good, and honestly the bread pudding might've been the best thing we had. Service was the biggest issue. He was friendly when he did come by, but he rarely came around at all. It honestly felt like he might've been the chef too, because everything on the service side was so inconsistent.
Juan B was a wonderful server. We enjoyed both of our entrees. My husband had the special lamb shank and loved it!! I had one of the veal dishes- and enjoyed it very much.
What is not to love about Bella Luna? It is a neighborhood gem which should be enjoyed often! Bella Luna could have the best value Happy Hour in the West Valley & their Monday Martini deal is excellent. The main menu provides a wide variety of choices also! The service is excellent and they accommodate our requests with a smile! Thank you for that. My group who meet regularly has unanimously requested that this be our 'regular haunt'. Bella Luna's Ciabatta bread is the best I have tasted!! I was curious to try a Sicilian dish I had seen on an Italina television program so I had Arancini yesterday and it was DELICIOUS! I absolutely recommend this gorgeous local Ristorante!
The food was great right along with the service. Our waiter was very knowledgeable, as she knew every detail of the menu. This was my first visit, I look forward to returning.

Great food with great service. I loved the Manicotti, definitely #1 recommendation.
Bread with sauce appetizer was also pretty good. I’m not usually big on Italian restaurants but honestly the Olive Garden has no business being in the same complex as this 😂

Open Table recommended Bela Luna and there were some grreat reviews so we tried it. It was only about 1/3 full (at most) at 7PM on a Saturday so that was concerning. What a letdown. Not sure what has happened but the food was good at best and the service was pretty much non-existent. It took forever to get served and our server said she would also be our bartender. As a result my manhattan was so super sweet that it was not drinkable so was removed from the bill. Then we waited way too long again to settle the bill. Sorry but cannot recommended them.
Wonderful staff!!!

They always have great specials, all food is prepared extremely well. Not a great place for dri ks unless you are a regular and know the bartender.

This place was great. Went with a couple people and we shared our plates and everything was fantastic. We are going to have to go again just to try and get through the menu. The service was really good. Inside the place looks kind of cool there's a lot of wine bottles around it's very cozy and comfy.

Our first time here. Appropriate music played outside the restaurant as we walked from the parking lot to the front entrance. We were checked in for our 5pm reservation and seated immediately. The place filled up quickly. The menu had the usual items one would expect from a respected Italian restaurant. We ordered two starters: Caprese (tomato slices, basil, mozzarella) and Beets/Mozzarella with balsamic glaze. Both were tasty. The wine selection was decent. My choice of the house Chianti went well with my entree. My wife's red wines were okay, but not good for her tastes. The amount poured seemed too modest. The lasagna was unusually spiced for us, and I liked it. The fettuccini with grilled chicken was good, but not memorable. We brought the remaining food home for dinner the next day. They were out of the chocolate gelato so we shared a slice of tiramisu. It was a nice dessert. My wife said it was the best part of the dinner for her. Overall, Bella Luna is a good place to go for a nice meal.
