Café Moto has been my favorite coffee shop for the past 9 years, from the staff Alexia, Iliana, Olivia, and many amazing others, from the consistently delicious coffee.
The new coffees that have been debuted have been SO good but this Tiramisu latte takes the cake. The foam is perfect, the coffee not too sweet, I LOVED it. Thank yall for being the best!

drive thru experience horrible setup.
Best smooth coffee in town! French pressed fresh. Really nice staff, two drive through lanes, to go window was really convenient because I brought my dog. She even got a pup cup! Lots of seating outside that is dog friendly.

Sweet little spot with a rustic touch. Limited seating, has a drive through though. Awesome coffee and espresso options as well as confections, I enjoyed a cranberry scone with a Mexican mocha.Their seasonal selections are very much worth a try. Incoming Christmas menu coming soon and I will be there to sample.

The service was extremely slow, the coffee was mediocre, and the croissant was cold from the fridge and dry. $12 to trash!!!

Waited over 10 minutes before order was taken. Did not take the order in the way the cars arrived. Pretty annoying. I also noticed the price increase which is understandable, but due to the lack of service I won’t be coming back. I’ve had to wait an hour before, everyone behind me was given a coffee before me somehow (I had one coffee). I’ve given this place too many opportunities and will NEVER be back.
After waiting over 20 minutes, I finally got my coffee and it was wrong. 🤓
I was the second car to get here and 5 cars left before I even got my order

Haven't came in a while because the last two times I went the customer service and wait time was horrible.
Today I will say the staff was very nice and the service was quick. Not a busy time that I went at 10:30. But was a good experience

From the very first interaction, the experience was very unpleasant. I understand that drive-thru service is usually quick and to the point, but that does not justify an employee being rude, sarcastic, and showing zero interest in assisting or selling a product.
When I asked what types of milk they had, her response, with an annoyed tone and rolling her eyes, was: “the same as always, what do you want?”. She kept cutting me off, and when I mentioned that I wanted a matcha, needed a receipt, and would be paying separately, she again responded in a curt and dismissive way, as if my questions were a burden.
I even tried to apologize, explaining that I hadn’t visited in a while, that I needed matcha for a restaurant, and asked for her recommendation. It only got worse: she rolled her eyes again and let out a sarcastic laugh, mocking me for not knowing the difference between their four types of matcha. At that point, I didn’t want to ask anything else. I had originally planned to buy all four varieties, but because of her attitude, I only ordered one before she turned her back on me.
On top of that, she didn’t give me a receipt. When my drink was handed to me (which was actually very good, I’ll admit), I had to ask for it again — and another employee kindly apologized for her coworker’s behavior.
A coffee shop with such a strong reputation doesn’t deserve to be represented like this. Being straightforward is not the same as being rude. Customer service requires respect and professionalism, especially early in the morning when many of us arrive with a positive attitude on our way to work. Hopefully, this employee can be trained properly in customer service, because it’s clearly not for everyone.
