Usually I would never complain when the office provides free food for lunch, but lordy this was bad. My company ordered a bunch of personal pizzas for the staff as a treat. I grabbed my go-to Pepperoni Pizza and it was just blah! Very little sauce and even less cheese. Barely edible. My co-worker grabbed a BBQ Chicken pizza and it was almost black. Horribly over cooked and tasteless. One bite and they were both in the trash. It seems as if this location is having some serious issues. I gave it 2 stars only because it used to be good.

Wanted to try something healthy to eat so I chose urban plates. Great customer service. Alo is a good waitress. Clean restaurant. Clean bathroom area. The atmosphere is pretty cool. Nice music playing. I ordered roasted Brussels sprouts and streak, both tasted really well. Will definitely come again.

This review is long overdue, I've been to this location many times over the years. I am not a fan of this specific location. The one at the fashion valley mall is now my go to CPK location. Parking at this location has always been an issue. I stopped trying to redeem my birthday reward at this CPK because the staff always gave me a hard time when redeeming, even though it says no purchase necessary, they always insist you must buy an entree or other item to redeem or just flat out say they have nothing available that I can get for my birthday reward. I've also tried to visit this location for special menu items they promote via email, 90% of the time this location does not have any of the items promoted in their ads. They've had meal deals etc and this location says they do not do that, have not had some of the food in the ads. The food I have had here, pizza etc. has been fine, no issue there.

Excelent! Great food (pizza and salads), nice place and service. The Gluten free crust is delicious.

We did not get bread, we had to ask for it and the server forgot and we already have our bad temperature (cold) food. Not coming back to this branch.

The food is mediocre at best, there are plenty of other pizza places where the food doesn't come out cold and lower quality ingredients are used. Also a side note, check your receipts at the end, some servers seem to be incompetent on how they charge your cards. Two stars for the drinks, although order the same drink doesn't mean you'll get the same drink for some reason.

Follow up on my customer service review. I was contacted by a very nice store manager who was very apologetic about the service we received and said that they take pride in how they treat their customers. She offered to send us a coupon or card for a meal at CPK in apology. Almost 3 weeks later and nothing showed up. Seems like service is still an issue at CPK.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is my server was nice and attentive. Unfortunately this chain at this location is horrible as it relates to their food. Had the tequila chicken fettuccine and maybe had 4 tiny bite size pieces of chicken. The focaccia bread pizzas were hard as a rock...u need to take a hammer to it in order to eat it...unfortunately we did not bring one to dinner. Seriously, if you must go here to eat (there r a thousand better places) stick to the maybe fool proof plan and only order the pizza and salads...I trust u will hav better luck there and wish we followed that plan.

Restaurant is empty with employees standing around and we are told a 25 min wait time. The host didn't hAve a Personality at all and to be honest we only came here to use a gift card otherwise I'm not a fan of cpk. I prefer fresh food and friendly staff both of which this location is known to not have
