Ordered two pizzas. The bbq chicken pizza came out well. However, the wild mushroom thin crust was cold to the touch. We’re not asking for a refund, but for the size of the pizza and it being 20 dollars, I would at least expect them to have it warm. For clarification, we ordered the pizza at 6:16 and came to pick it up within the 25 minutes that was mentioned in the website. And to get a cold pizza is very disappointing.

I ordered Guacamole + corn salad, Cheese Pizza and Garlic cream Fettuccine. Fettuccine and Salad didn’t have salt. CPK quality is going down, very sad.

Usually another location is better than this one ,this is the first and last time I’m going to there we ordered pizzas and salad with filet minion meat and we found a plastic piece in the salad 3 cm longer, if you eat it without attention May you die ,we talk to the stuff and they take the plate and the plastic piece to inside the restaurant and then they said (so sorry about it and we can give you another plate of salad and we do not charge you the salad ,again so sorry for that) but this is crazy you know If my children’s if they eat without paying attention what will they do ,(so sorry for that)it’s not normal I prefer to anyone attention what you are eating from this type people anywhere and at the end they charge me for the pizzas and the drinks 85.15$ we seat outside the restaurant and the tables are dirty inside the wood you can see with your eyes the dirt my name is Chris Khajik and already I gave my feedback on this till now no one answered me .

Just got treated AMAZINGLY well by the manager Ramon. There was a screw up with my delivery order. After fighting with GrubHub for 15 minutes and being treated really badly, I called the restaurant instead and Ramon made it right, simply and kindly. He was so gracious. Genuinely good customer service is a rare thing these days. GrubHub lost my (very extensive) business today. But I've been loving CPK for years and will certainly continue to do so now. Thanks Ramon!

Very bad service at the bar area July 19, 2025 8pm

I didn’t even realize CPK was still around since they moved from upstairs to downstairs—we found it completely by accident! I’m so happy we stumbled upon it and decided to stop in for happy hour.
Annie was our server at the bar and she was fantastic. We ordered a few happy hour cocktails and the shrimp appetizer—it was very inexpensive and really good! Annie was so welcoming and attentive.
We’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu. Thank you, Annie, for your wonderful hospitality and for being such a great server!

What a disaster of a place. All their beers on tap are out. AT A PIZZA PLACE! Service was not attentive. It's not like they were busy. They just didn't care to be prompt. I used to enjoy coming here, but hadn't in a while. I see no reason why I would ever come back.

Always a solid pick when you’re at the mall. The bar service is consistently great—super friendly bartender who actually makes you feel welcome. Food hits the mark every time. My go-to is the Kung Pao Spaghetti—spicy, flavorful, and always satisfying. It’s not a five-star culinary event, but it is reliably good, which counts for a lot.
